And I dont care what you, or your mommas might think. Ive been hanging the last couple weeks. I have the time to do it again now, and so I am. I've been averaging 6-9 20 minute sets a day, usually 5 days a week. Right back at the same weight levels I was using last year. 15lbs all the way up to 20lbs. Over the last couple weeks, I've seen my bp flaccid stretch length go from a hair over 9" to nearly 9.25". I'm fuckin stoked. I'm still leaving the forums here shortly at the 5k post mark, however I will chime in once in the great while just to post gains.

6-9 sets you fuckin crazy still! As soon as I get a bib I will hopefully be able to hang that much. This summer I will have the time.

I'm glad this is working for you SWM. Are you using the actual bib model or a homemade one like in the stickies above? Maybe a homemade one would be better for me because I'm retarded when it comes to making my bib starter work. I've also been messing with the grip cords in psychojitsu's thread but I'm having even more problems with them. I'm trying not to be a quitter or give up but I've never been a very patient person and I have a short temper so that really doesn't help in this situation. Oh well, I'm going to keep trying different things and hopefully end the frustration one day soon.

Naw, I'm not crazy. Just crazy about gains. I'm using the Bib Starter as usual.

Just out of curiousity, what angles are you hanging at? Have you ever hung at upper or straight out angles and made gains hanging? When I start back I may have to do some OTS because my LOT is getting pretty low.

I tinkered with straight out and upper angles waaay back when I first started hanging, but never could figure out, nor had the patience to figure out how to do so without discomfort, or excessive bruising. I currently hang only straight down. I have hung mostly BTC in the past....and am feeling similar if not the same type of fatigue now from straight down hanging....which I do standing.

Another note. I've just never believed that a guy could really gain...under most circumstances, hanging less than 10 hours a week.....or without reaching, and maintaining a good level of fatigue most of the time. Basing this on my own personal experience.

I'd have to agree with that. Right now I'm at about and have been for probably two months plus around 14 to even 18 hours a week hanging. This is real good to hear. I'm leaning towards going back to SD hanging myself because it just seems like I can get that real mean next day sorness from that angle. I am pretty sure I'm going back to it in a few weeks.

That's great man. That "mean next day soreness" is the good stuff you should be aiming for. Keep at it, it pays off!

from that kind of fatigue are you still able to have sex? 'cuz it sure sounds like the same type of fatigue after a heavy workout in the gym and your muscles burn the next day.

well the feeling you get when you have an erection versus when you pull out your penis as far as it can are not going to be the same.

My penis has never been too fatigued for sex. That's when you need a day off. It varies for me anyway, from a fatigue I can feel when I press down with my fingers around the base/lig area, and when I pull my flaccid downward, I feel it in the same area, to a fatigue I can feel if I kegel when erect.
