It's so hard wading through all the different stretches and routines on here. how do i decide between inch in 12 or srt and where are the clear step by step instructions or just a straight up routine exercises list.?.?

Post-newbie routine, what is the best routine to gain in length and in girth in the fastest possible time frame?


note- Price is not a factor, I will purchase all necessary supplies and memberships.

You should check the SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory thread and read through it. It will help you restrategize and plan your routine more effectively.
