Back a few months ago I was thinking about using Vitamin C as a Penis Enlargement supplement. It is said to increase collagen production and I thought it could lead to better tunica gains.

I was taking about one tablespoon Vitamin C every morning and also tried dissolving some in the Bathmate. Now while I can't confirm that it helps gains, (It may still but I haven't been training very consistently)
What did happen however is my skin darkening I got from the Bathmate got better. I don't know what exactly it is, the lower PH the antioxidant effects or both but I am fairly convinced of the practice.
According to Wikipedia Vitamin C is effective for skin whitening, just so you guys know that my subjective experience is based on something... :)

If you want to try it out, get a 1kg bag of vitamin C on eBay, take it as a supplement and use it in the Bathmate. Be careful with the dosage though, high vitamin C dosages can lead to diarrhoea.

that may happend only if you take ridiculous high dosage.i take vitamin C pill of 500mg for the last 5 months .500mg(according the supplement facts 830% of a daily dose
and nothing happening on me.doctor says its prety ok (especially if you are a smoker,which i am.smokers need more vitamin c) because if you take bigger dosage of C, and your body dont need that ,its get out with peeing.
 
It would be nice to hear some people that have some experience using this for discoloration problems.. :)
 
Other side effects of serious vitamin c overdose are gall stones (only if overconsumption is continued for several months) and pregnancy problems (not an issue if you're male). If you have a preexisting condition of iron buildup in your blood it can cause serious harm but you'd know if that were the case. That condition isn't pleasant.
Finally, if you somehow manage to consume 1% of your body weight in the stuff at once, it will kill you. How you'd manage that though, I really cannot say.

All in all, so long as your healthy and don't take way too much for way too long, vitamin c is one of the least harmful substances on the planet.

Seriously try it, there is nothing to lose and Vitamin C has plenty of health benefits.

Not butthurt... But I have. No go. And you won't just pee it out... C overdoses last 48-72 hours of pure hot fart bliss with a side of mud butt. Go ahead if you don't beleive me. Take 1000mg three times a day and such on them halls drops all day.

The recommend dose of vitamin c orally is 250mg, only At times of illness, during recovery from injury, or under conditions of increased oxidative stress (including smoking) can the body can use greater amounts. (greater than 2,000 mgof vitamin c a day) may contribute to the formation of kidney stones, as well as cause severe diarrhea, nausea, and gastritis.but there is no need to take more then that.read the article andrew weil a highly educated person and doctor that travelled the world.

Anyway, the original suggestion was to dissolve vitamin c in the water you pump with for a skin bleaching effect. Has anyone tried this, I'm curious as to the results.

I've tried some lately, but not enough times to see a benefit. I'll keep this method in mind and try it in the nearby future!
I'm not sure about the pump times though, those were not mentioned, did the guy go 10 - 20 minutes straight or what? The 5x5x3 would consume a lot of vitamin C. Maybe I'll have a slow pump tomorrow with some vitamin C! (Maximum probably 10 minutes though.)
 
Keep in mind I don't really know yet what exactly prompted the betterment of my discoloration condition, if it was the oral supplement or dissolving it in the water. I don't really want to offer myself as guinea pig to the extent of purposefully trying to provoke a discolouration again. But if there is anything else I'm up to any suggestions. :)

I didn't do many sets though, only one or two 10 minutes sets each session, because I don't see the benefit with so many sets for me. I usually quit shortly after I reach my max pump, whenever that happens.
 
Thanks for replying Smartie! Oral supplement surely has some benefit considering your health. I'll be trying this dissolving the vitamin C to water few times for now. I don't have very severe discoloration, but something of a different shade when comparing my base and shaft. I'm surely not going for more discoloration, but to flush away even the smallest. Your time per session was good information, I think I'll try to go for 10 today. Usually I do the 5x5x3 routine and for that the dissolve method is a bit wasteful I think.

seriously though the colouration is more of a blueish tint and would still be apparent on blacks.
 
OK, just few sessions; it has some good effects. But guess what I tried! L-arginine! Yeah, had some pills that had broken, so I crushed those into powder and used the powder during my pumping sessions. Got to say it really induced the blood flow!

Of course these methods are somewhat more expensive, but I don't use the L-arginine internally anymore, so this is one way to use it.
Now, we're all inviduals and some react very hard to certain lotions, supplements etc., so be careful out there.

Testing will continue, overall my sessions have been going on nice and the amount of discoloration is very small if maybe even non-existent!
