I never do them because i have read that strong PC MUSCLES fight against ligament stretching, so is that right ?

this is why reverse kegeling is good to have as a part of your kegeling routine.
 
Listen, while it is true that PC muscles do resist a stretch (it is because of survival mechanisms your body has developed- so it won't get ripped off while you are fighting a predator or something- evolutionary mechanisms) you can easily go around that. Kegels are just too good not to be done. Their benefits are amazing! This is copy- pasted from the official MOS site (link Penis Enlargement :: Kegel ) :

And if you search a bit more you will see many threads mentioning the benefits kegels actually give us. They are especially vital to PE as they vastly influence (the Pelvic Floor strength and conditioning that is worked on with kegels/ Reverse kegels). So I personalyl advise you to do them (as everyone else most probably would advise you as well).

so lets say that i have very strong pc muscles after thousund time of kegles execises, ok so very strong PC muscles, and then i will do ligament stretches, and i will not do any kegles or reverseKegles while i am doin this ligament streatches.

Will the strong PC muscles not work against the ligament streatch while i am streatching ?
 
i don't believe a strong PC muscle will have any effects on gains that are achieved with ligament stretching over months and months and months
 
Involuntary kegeling will indeed work against your stretching exercises but that's part of why you do kegel workouts in the first place. By using your PC muscle all the time, you learn to control it, potentially granting you the ability to hold back this reflex and get a better stretch.
Failing that, take DLD's advice and stretch after ejaculating to take advantage of the refactory period.

Yup, if the muscles restrict your stretch you can stretch after masturbation where the muscles are too tired to interfere or you could engage the Reverse Kegel to avoid these muscles too. Both will bring the best stretching experience. The penis naturally will want to kegel when you stretch as a protective mechanism so it makes the most sense to either fatigue the muscles or avoid them completely by using the RK.

What I've come to realise about stretching After ejaculation is that, if the ejaculation was through masturbation, I feel extremely drained and unwilling to do any form of PE. But if the ejaculation is through sex, I feel energized to do PE.

In my opinion, masturbation drain us more than the actual sex with a woman.

I masturbated regularly before my broomstick routine. My penis felt more stretchable and pliable doing that.
But masturbation is impossible to do before I stretch with LENGTHMASTER 3.

If I masturbate before a LENGTHMASTER 3 session, my glans will hurt to much in order to do a hard stretching session, it will be on the limit of extremely painful. Doing kegels as you say also helps, but with time you will learn to relax into the stretch and the muscles will not fight you (reverse kegels).

Physical activity like doing deadlifts, without a lifting belt (lift perfectly correct) will also teach you how to take control of your PC muscles.
