I have found a routine that works very well for me, maybe you too!

Hi all!

It's been forever since i posted on the actual enlargement section of the forums. I have been working hard and now it's even harder to fit in a work out. I'm finding myself working 10-12 hours a day (but i love the job) and then spending the rest of the time with my wife and son (love that too). but where the hell do i find time for PE? about 45 mins and then i found some way to cut that down to about 20ish (not including the warm up time) maybe a little more but not by much. i found it very useful and maybe you will too. i did notice some gains, but don't ask me how much, i just started back up again and i'm noticing a big difference and so did the wife the other day. i do not measure once i start back up, if i don't gain as much as i want within a certain amount of time then i get frustrated and possibly give up. can't let that happen anymore.

so here is what it is
14 mins of good ����
compression squeezes
wet jelqs
and massaging

so i start out with 10 min warm up to get nice and loose, do whatever method you want

after that i pull straight up. the thing that i find that helps out a lot is that i just slowly massage at the very base where you can feel the stretch around the hip area. i mean reallly down to the point where you can also feel the pelvis,

massage each side for about 10 seconds. on the right side, left side and then at the top side of the penis (you shouldn't have to worry about under the penis seeing how you're already pulling straight up the whole time)

after that use that ����, work up to 100% stop and do some compression squeezes for about 30 seconds

after that wet jelq until you're about 30% (do not worry about the number you have to do)

after that pull straight out this time, and massage those same areas down at the base.

then work yourself up to 100% and do the routine again

do this until you got like "ah it's too much for me to get to 100%, i can't get rock hard" that's what you want!! if you want, just work it up as much as you can and then do one last go at it and then stop

make sure that you warm down! absolutely 100% the key!

and kegel a lot, and i do mean a lot. and always do it through out the day whenever you think the word

do this about every other day, or at least 3 times a week

*NOTE*

i do not, and never did, think of PE as anything sensual. it's a work out, and treat it as such. i use the ���� to only work up to 100% and then pause it and even look away sometimes. I find if you think of it as sexual then you might cum, and i never ever found that to benefit me at all, i gained the most when i never came. but that's just me, if you want to keep it sexual then fine.


so that's it, give it a shot! a hope this helps

Looks good! I suggest that when you reach the point of weakness erection wise you take up some basic stretching to take advantage of the fatigue.
