As I trust the brotherhood here a great deal I wanted your thoughts on supplements and other pills I've read that help with PE, volume, pleasure, etc.

So first now apparently celery seeds are the way to go if you want a harder dick, to be hornier, and to have more volume. So, true or not so much?

Then of course there's L-Arginine, L-Citrulline, and or Ashwagandha that also help with the above... If nothing else I think there's too much info out there and nothing is necessarily conclusive.

Here's hoping this thread can change that!
 
It gets weirder and more difficult to pin down to external objective causes CuriousMate.
For a *huge* factor in how well a supplement or method does for an individual will come down to their self-belief and their prejudices about the world & their sense of what is possible.

Think not?

You'll know about the Placebo effect. This was detected when there was an operation being done last century for a definite physiological issue patients had. A surgeon devised a procedure to alleviate them of this.
Another surgeon was skeptical about the validity of the procedure and it was decided to run a trial where patients agreed to having an exploratory incision with no further procedure if the hospital decided against it being necessary. More critically they'd agreed not to be informed of whether they'd received the full procedure or not.

The unexpected result was that 25% of patients with only the exploratory incision - no restorative surgery - fully recovered from the condition after their 'operation'.

That's odd in itself. More odd is what has been happening since then.

Pharmaceutical companies must prove the efficacy of their developments against placebo - the control group. They must achieve a certain percentage higher effective treatment than just giving people a dummy treatment - i.e. devoid of any active ingredients or process.
The thing making the passing of new drugs and procedures difficult for Pharma firms is that the number of people being cured by the Placebo in trials has almost doubled, since that first measurement of Placebo in the 50s, to approaching 50%.
Almost 50% of people in medical trials are HEALING or improving their condition measurably - without any biological change - as well or better than those receiving the medicine, treatment or procedure!

How key is then believing that your penis can grow, and grow fast, to getting that result for yourself?
How key is then believing that the supplement, herb or tool can work for you and make your penis can grow, and grow fast?

So does taking these things work. Yes. Can they work differently for me? There is a unique mix of genetics and your metabolism, and your habits that can impact how well your body responds or improves. Also no matter how many supplements you take, the limiting factor to you improving your growing may be lack of protein or another key nutrient in your diet, or low-T, or poor sleep: too little, too erratic, or just due to excessive stress hormones in your bloodstream.

I have heard that celery is a great way to do everything you posted. I have never tried it but I really want to increase volume and I am willing to try anything.

I have tried L-Arginine and L-Citrulline. The only thing I noticed about these two supplements was a little more expansion in the veins and cock. Seemed to get a fuller semi and a quicker erection. I didn't notice a harder penis become more hornier, maybe more volume. I didnt try the other two supplements. But I did hear celery seeds are better than regular celery and are good for you.
 
Yep, great stuff about the placebo effect... And yep, so much depends on how well supps will work and I won't lie, my diet could be a lot better, but I'm eating less shit and drinking more water so it's a start!

I mean I'm tempted to start googling again but there's just so much information out there and God only knows how accurate it is. So how bout this, all clean cut like...

What pill, preferably supps, and or other methods, are out there that would help increase volume, hardness, and O quality? If it helps with PE, all the better!

If it's celery DLD, holy crap who knew!?

Pistachios are good for EQ if you eat a lot of them, Otc male sups I take saw palmetto for prostate and I take a lot of deer antler velvet. People say that antler velvet is bogus, but if you get a good quality I bet you notice a difference, it's also good for older cats and dogs
 
Does celery count or does it need to be celery seeds?

Yeah, but you're moving it out of three extra inches of pipe! :cool:

I think there might be unobservable volume .. that occurred .. but either didn't make it all of the way out, or didn't make it out with a ton of retained velocity/distance.

Like with trying to squeeze/'milk'/shake/get that last several drops of piss to eff-off out of a really big dick and not drip later anyway, for example. Normal size dicks don't have that 'problem'.

Anyone going over 8+, this is one of those minor downsides. It's even worse if you go commando. As a quick "LifeHack", the problem can be alleviated after zipping back up by patting the glans with the obverse side of the pocket fabric of whichever side you hang to. - Rather be seen organizing my snake than drip printing my pants leg, although drip printing several inches lower than normal can get you some intrigued looks as well. Chicks notice stuff.

I've messed with the usual suspects of increasing ejaculate volume before, around 2007 or so, dug up my notes on it and these seem to be the major movers in the right order:

-Lecithin (Sunflower, not Soy): 1500mg per day or higher. -- I liked to divide the doses up but it takes more attention and dedication.

-Maca: 2 to 4 grams per day in divided doses.

-Dong Quai: 2 grams per day in divided doses. This is the 'think about using protection' ingredient. Swimmers and fluid, not just fluid.

-Celery Seed: 2 grams per day in divided doses. Celery can be a diuretic, but from interstitial fluids.. so it's not fighting the goal. Having said that, with all the extra water intake (see below) and this as diuretic, it might become aggravating how often you need to piss, so keep that in mind. People are different, your mileage might vary.

-Ashwagandha: (or Ashwagandha and Shatavri in a 2:1 ratio if you're adventurous). Ashwagandha 1 to 2 grams per day, divided doses. This one is such a boss I'm dropping a link to save typing.

-Pygeum: [extract is at least 2x as strong as bark, this is extract amounts.] 100 to 200 mg per day. Can increase pre-cum, or what might be better-termed Cowpers Leakage, so much that it becomes an issue. (No pun intended.) Your mileage might vary. Back off of it if you're producing so much there's ongoing leakage. You can also definitely cycle off and on the Pygeum, .. so you can let it kick into gear and then back off of it for couple of days, etc, rinse repeat.

-Zinc: anyone physically active is probably getting this already, don't go over 50mg per day from all food and supplement sources, prefer Zinc Picolinate (best form). Keep in mind that Zinc is an antagonist for Copper, but you need both. Their proper ratio is 10:1, .. so for that 50mg of Zinc (taken at some point between meals) be sure to get 5mg of copper (best form Copper Sebacate) with your meals to keep them separated, absorbed right, and in balance. 10:1 ratio.


-Lots of Water. This is like a no-brainer, but wouldn't necessarily work by itself. Help it feed to other components. Ejaculate is nearly 90% water, but it comes from vessicled glands that need to be upregulated (and stress protected) by other compounds in order to produce much more than they already do.

Water, around a gallon per day, (*not tap water), and at least an 1/8th teaspoon of Himalayan or Celtic Sea Salt at some point cos at those intake amounts you're be flushing out electrolytes.

*[Filters such as the 'Berkey' are top notch, imitators are often terrible. Bottled waters by Evian and Fiji are also good, but expensive in these amounts. Most others are just garbage.]

If you want to let that sea salt dissolve under your tongue (gets oppressive towards the end) and then after a minute or two drink a bunch of water to chase it down, it creates the osmotic conditions for this hydrating effect called 'Water Cure'. Look up Dr Batmanghelidj.

Do all of this for two or three weeks, or maybe even just several days, and you might be looking at which components to stop taking. To say the increase is noticeable would be akin to sarcasm. It's a LOT of difference.

Extra points for other upregulators of androgenic cascade like essential fats and saturated fats, .. that is, stuff like fish oil (prefer Norwegian to stay away from Fukushima toxins in Pacific Ocean products), and coconut oil (virgin, not 'processed for cooking') and grass fed butter. Free-range eggs. Steak is good too, the fattier the better. Delicious real food makes for big blasting balls. Who knew? ;)

Also occurs to me that I have a pdf file 'Somewhere®' on increasing ejaculate volume. Will try to find it and post any extra info from it too.

hmmm guess your right, last night was a bit better than usual. I think the meds I am on are causing a big lack of volume. My doctor just took me off of the med that is supposedly causing it,,,,,,we will have to see.
 
i just got a prescription for Yohimbine HCL. Gonna see how that works on vascularity and such.

Eat the celery. It will be much more productive. I tried the pills before and the only thing they did is make me fart like crazy. I tried eating as much celery as possible the day before and the day of jizzing and I saw a very good increase in jizz based on the amount of facial square inches I was able to cover
