hey, in addition to using my hdss i would like also to do manual stretches with the dome on, i'm going to buy fish scales and hook it up to the dome, could someone tell me what kind of lb's force i should be using without causing any damage, i want to do this safely?

How would you use the fish scale? I am kind of lost on that???

The go by your own feedback from doing your stretches in time you will feel how much pressure you can apply sore is good pain is not... Some day's you will put a lot of pressure into it some day's not in time the pressure will increase as you become conditioned.

well dld the dome has slots for the rods, i will take them away use the scales with some string and hook that into the slots with knots where rods should be, its the only way i can do manual stretches its holds my skin back perfectly and lets me concentrate on the stretching part, the reason i ask about the lb's is because ive never been able to do manuals so dont know what force to apply, because if i get this wrong its a one way trip trip to blister agony with the dome on!

thanks, i understand that, have you any experience with stretching under vacuum with the dome on, because this is a different animal?

Ah that's right I did not pick up on the term dome, yea no experience with that on just stretching with Bathmate, clamps/power band and manual. Let's us know how it goes for you, maybe results at different pull ratings when you get your scale.

Your hands can put too much force for sure so be careful. Even 10 or 15 pounds under vacuum can give you a whopping blister. Of course that's usually a sustained force as with hanging but I'd bet that your hands could put out way more than 30 pounds. That might pull a blister very quickly. Use tape on your head.

hey moregains thats bang on the money, thats why i want to use scales to know exactly how much force i'm using, this cockhead destroyer device has already fucked me twice with two whopping blood filled blisters right on the peehole, and thats with tape, that being said there is no other device like it for comfort and an uncut guy, its just somtimes easy to overdo it. ive notched 300 hours good hours with this hdss and so far the ratio of 1/1000 hours is working out. i think i can speed this up slightly with the addition of the manual work. but i dont want any danger so will be taking it easy fo sho.

I suspect that you could take some strong, synthetic cord and put a bulky knot in each end of a length about 1.5' long or so. Apply the HDSS dome and seat one end of the knotted cord in the dome recess where the bushing on the HDSS would ordinarily seat. Loop the cord through one or more dumbbell weight plates and use it like a hanger.

That way you could start with a couple of pounds and go up slowly and know exactly how much force you are applying each time.

yeah clever idea, but i'm thinking thats what the hdss does already when the rods are inserted, it is a weight hanger really. my plan is to do the newbie routine with dome on in the morning, so i can hit all angles, then at night i'll do my usual 5 hours hours straight through with the rods on ie weight hanging.

Ahh, the Penis Enlargement practitioner's "kiss of death". Rule 1 in Penis Enlargement: if it's working don't "fix" it. The speed you're gaining at now is the rate 90% of guys report almost regardless of what they're doing. (As long as they're on a sensible program of some sort and being consistent with it.) That suggests this is either the limit of growth rate or the normal growth rate. Either way, attempts to speed it up may actually slow it down. I have found myself in similar situations but must always remind myself to stick to the plan.

This is why I got the static hd in the first place. I love hanging but can't do it for too many sets before attachment point pain sets in. So I switched to hanging a set or two and then putting on the sshd. It satifies my desire (read that as obsession) to always be doing some sort of Penis Enlargement. However what I found was that the hd is actually just as good as hanging but with more mobility and comfort. But I always either do heavy manual stretches or hang before putting it on.

Adding in manual stretching is very wise if you can fit it in. Even if it is a short 10 minute session it is worth it.

i definitely think some hard manuals prior to hdss sessions is what i'm aiming for, create some good fatigue then ride it out for as long as possible. the negatives i have noted so far from using this ranges from you losing the finest layer of skin from head in patches, deep discolouration's in patches that take ages to disappear, small pinhead size water blisters, or the whoppers blood filled, and on any given day this can happen you just don't know. positives are ease of use, going for a toilet break on and off is a piece of cake, no circulation lost, stretch is immense. its not fiddly tension is a breeze to adjust, no breaks required unless you need the toilet. fingers crossed i will complete my remaining 700 hours i have set myself to complete by the end of the year, with minimal injury and down time. i really look forward to the day when my daily routine consists of Bathmate work only!
