I used to go all day with 20 minute breaks, most likely about 8 hours total.

Ive spent 4-5 hrs a day doing various exercises/ hanging, stretching, pumping, jelqing. I think Im going to go hang RIGHT NOW
 
I used to average 4 hours total per day back when I was into weights, and had the time. Having a PROPenis EnlargementR hanger is KEY to hanging without injury. ALSO, using slow, steady progressive weight increases is another big factor. If you use a hanger like the BIB (better than the vac hangers or others available I feel) never exceed the 15-20 minute time mark and always check your glans for feeling and temperature every few minutes. No reason the above guy should have suffered the injury he described, if he was properly equipped and knowledgeable of what he was doing before beginning to hang. I feel like hanging is to stretching what pumping is to girth work. You can hold a stretch for much longer (15-20) minutes than you can with your hands.

Exactly, when I'm looking back now I think how stupid could I be. Indeed, the hanger I used/am still using is crap. But I invested 2 hours today to build a new one and I hope it's a better one with more contact area to the shaft - although it's not 100% ready yet - inspired by this wonderful community, as I see so many people here investing so much work and time.
I guess if you don't have the knowledge you are cursed to get experience with trial and error (in my case a BIG error :( ).

When you said is better than the vac hangers is that from the monkeybar or something or I might be wrong?
Tell me why you think it better than the vac hangers
Also what you do after 15-20 mins stretch do you massage or jelq?
 
I used to do some all day marathons but found out that they weren't necessary.

I've plateaued after gaining my first 0.5" in EL. Any advice for the optimal amount of sets or hours for breaking a plateau?
