Does this require taking off periodically to re circulate blood and if so how often?
 
I have done sets as long as 50-55 minutes. It depends on intensity. Now I stick to 20 minutes. Then I use an electric pump to bring back blood flow then back to the lengthmaster.
 
Guys you should really be on the safe side of things on this, I'd say stick with 10-15 minute sets! Depending on how tight you clamp the LM chamber, circulation gets cut off really bad. Just do more sets and stay safe :)

In the beginning things should be slow and steady starting with 5 minutes and working your way up to 20 from there. There is no rush as the LengthMaster takes practice to master. Be sure to experiments with all the various functions from chamber stretching to hanging. There are so many functions that can be explored. As per the newest SRT information be sure to get in a set of Bundled Stretches before Girth and Length Routines.
 
well i do nothing but LM bundled stretches...what do you guys think? can they really show me gains i have been doing them for almost 3 months now...:)

No because bundles are to optimize angular stretches which in turn optimize the rest of stretches. Do you have that 'worked' feeling post-training or does your cock always seem pretty much the same?

newbie bundled stretches ....I do get a worked feeling,but im almost sure i ahve gained,otherwise i ahve been wasting time...need to measure n see the reality..


Have i been overstretching my ligs senselessly...?:(

Yes just do your normal stretches, bundled stretches, any other stretches...WITH the LM
 
We agreed he was to do expressive, and erect stretches because he already has the bpfsl, and only needs to transform it.

Erect Stretching (5 minutes a day)
Twisted Erect Stretches (5 minutes a day)
Heal in a Phallosan, SizeGenetics, PhalloGenetics or ACE (for as long as you can)

These things will help close that gap.
