Well, as I'm doing Phase One exercises... here's what I've noticed.
1) Since the Phase is 6 weeks, I plan to measure half way and at the end of the phase. 3 weeks apart each.
2) I find exercising to be short. I do all of Phase One in one sitting due to scheduling... I either do it in the morning or at night. PC Kegels, I try to do at the same time, but sometimes I find myself doing them during school lectures or something. That's alright, isn't it?
3) I feel worked out, and I don't necessarily need to envision the focus that you talk about DLD. It's like... well, after every exercise session, it feels different, and I know something has changed for the better. To each their own, I guess?
4) The workout is rather short, but good. I was just wondering what I should/could add as a beginner to Penis Enlargement. Not too much, but maybe something else? Also, I find my penis to be a bit tender. Not sore, just a tad bit more sensitive. Not discomfort, just not what I'm used to. Sounds okay, right?
