Lately I have noticed a way to get a good workout and I am wondering if anyone else uses this technique and how effective is it?

Basically I stand up, put my legs about 4-5 ft. apart and swing the weight in a circular motion repeatedly. I seem to have to lower the amount of weight that I hang by about 2 lbs. to do this comfortably, but I seem to get a better workout rather than just sitting stationary. Any comments? Anyone get any results from this good or bad?

I have been doing that since i started hanging last month on my lig days. It feels incredible in my opinion. I also use very light weight when doing it combined with slow circular motions. I usually do 30 clockwise and 30 counter clockwise.

I use a homemade Wench and started swinging 5 lb's. I swing front to back for 50 swings, then around in circles in each direction 50 times. I follow this by doing as many kegals as I can with my feet about 2 feet apart and standing straight up. Doing the kegals will cause the weight to move back and forth as much as two feet!. I quit the kegals when I cannot move the weight any more.

There is a video on btc's forum on a doctor swinging weights , i tried it but it hurts my head of my penis

Wonder if it stretches the penis out more and loosens those ligs better?
I would think that the forces when the weight is moveing like it does in the swing would be a positive sign for potential penile growth but I have no proof to this ... sure many experienced hangers have used this but would it be beneficial to use in the hanging session all the time i.e. to do that and not 'static' hang so to speak ... which is more better if any Static hanging VS Moveable hanging?

I think it would be a worthwhile endeavor to try this with a routine. I am taking a hanging break because of a long needed vacation(not from Penis Enlargement I will be doing manuals during the AM before i hit the beach) next week. When I start back I will be into my third month of hanging. Mixing a swinging set in with my normal ones for a few months should yield some more insight on this hopefully. Anyone else care to give it a go?

I used to feel more fatigue and stretch when really swinging the weight

It would make sense that a dynamic force would apply stretch to more tissues, in more directions than a static stretch. I also tend to believe that motion during hanging would allow for some additional blood flow during the routine.

The Qigong kung fu "Iron Penis" regiment relies greatly on swinging weights attached to the penis BTB. Granted this routine is focused primarily on the defensive ability of the practitioners to absorb heavy blows to the crotch without pain. They do however indicate that greater virility and a larger penis is achieved as well.

I would think that a little motion would be a decent addition to a routine. Perhaps a good option for those in a plateau who are looking for ways to change things up a bit.

I used to do this, I think I even made an exercise around it (can't remember). Just be careful not to go to hard as you could tear a ligament.

I've been doing this for a while now. Swinging the weight side to side, back and forth, or in a circle, creates a much more intense stretch. No doubt.

Measurement changes yet?

Just measured bp flacid stretched at 7.5". Been slacking a bit in my workouts, couple weeks with just 4 hrs hanging, plus Bathmate, and sg. But altogether still I've gained 3/4" bpfsl since I started Penis Enlargement in October.

That is still a great gain, specially for only 5 months!

This is gold. I do circles. standing swinging back and forth. It feels like it targets a much broader range then simple downward hanging.
If you pay attention to have a smooth swing it is great. The pull gets kind of stronger but kind of in a 3d way ..

YES YES YES YES! Circles and front and back when I was hanging was so awesome, and it made me feel as if I was doing something proactive. The first few times doing it my ligs were EXHAUSTED from the extra tension it brought on.

Im of the opinion that if the weight you are using isn't working as well, its time to move up.
