How Can I make gains fastest manually

How can I gain 2 inches in length and an inch in girth manually, by clamping and by jelqing within 6 months like DLD did?

Yooo! Hows it going? You still hanging? Curious about your gains.

But yeah I dont think clamping and jelqing will get you that length, especially in 6 months. I believe DLD accomplished it with not only jelqing but a serious amount of stretching.

I used The Newbie Routine 2 times a day. I had much time to invest so I was able to put many hours into training. At the time there was no equipment to speak of so everything was manual or assisted by the PowerAssist which is now the LengthMaster. I did not have access to the PowerAssist until after a year in so the 2" I gained were all from manual stretching.

Didnt you have a job? How come you had so much free time?

I left my job when MOS started to become more work than I could handle. I left the family business and dedicated all my time to the Brotherhood. This gave me all day, everyday to train.

Don't try to be like DLD. We all gain differently. Set realistic goals. DLD was spending his whole day doing PE, I'm sure you cannot do that.

Yes I spent all day everyday for years to get where I am. I wish I had access to yhr lengthmaster and silistretcher in the beginning as it would have taken a fraction of the time

I tell you, they are just too lucky. When I discovered PE back in 2008, the only available extender in the market was the SG and it was an extreme pain in the ass to use it.
