Probably not that well known and only seen one thread on these forums about it several years ago where a member was really fed up with them and had them removed.

I never had them but over the past couple years have been developing them and have a few now underneath the corona of the glans. They aren't a sight or hurt, nothing like that and to me dont look disgusting but they are a new addition and not sure why they have come?

From reading about them, they can appear in younger males who are not cut and so thats possibly how mine came about. My original thoughts were that my method of stretching, which is always to pull the foreskin back and grip around the glans could have over time placed friction on the corona ridges and developed them? who knows.

I do remember last year on a few sexual encounters while teasing my cock head inside a vagina so that the ridge of the head would flip in and than out again, the girl commented how good that felt ... yes the size of my glans is adequate and the shape quite pronounced but perhaps these papules created small friction inside her vagina? On reading about them it says they can possibly increase ejaculation and sexual pleasure?

Description of Hirsuties Papillaris Genitalis (HPV):

It is a normal skin condition of the penis, commonly called as Pearly Penile Papules. It is not a virus, herpes, and they are not contagious. They are totally benign, it is a normal condition of a males penis. HPV's are tiny red or white bumps usually found around the edges of the head of the penis. They are found in most of the male population, although the size and number of the hirsuties papillomas may vary from person to person. It consists of a collection of collagen & blood vessels which form this small bump. It's function may also be to provide pleasure to the female partner during sexual intercourse.

These pink flesh-colored lesions, frequently found in men after puberty are distributed on the corona of the glans-penis. HPV's are asymptomatic angiofibromas that represent a physiologic variant of the normal penis and do not require treatment. Hirsuties papillaris penis is often mistaken for STD, warts, fordyce's spots, sebaceous hyperplasia and sometimes unsuccessfully treated in cosmetic surgery clinics for sexually transmitted diseases. The higher prevalence has been described in uncircumcised men and the incidence of HPV has been reported to be approx. 30% from 15 to 35 years-of-age.

Hirsuties genitalis is a variation of the normal male anatomy. The reason to recognize these bumps is to reassure worried men of their benign origin. Many male patients today request removal treatment. Various treatment modalities, including curettage, CO2 laser removal, curettage, electro-desiccation, cryotherapy, hyfrecation were employed with varying cosmetic success. Usually, the lesions are removed under local anesthesia after one treatments. No treatment is required and it is usually recommended to leave them alone. They may be removed, if so desired for cosmetic reasons. Unfortunately, treatment of hirsuties papillaris is not covered by any health insurance plan.

HOLY FUCKIN COW!!! I'm cut, is there a chance I might get these!?!?!?!?!

Nah, You would have noticed them already. Smokers toothpaste, applied 2-3 times daily, will eliminate these.

I've got these as well. They're not a problem, maybe this is why I can shoot my load from pussy to face - happy days
