Hi guys,

I have a doubt. Can the traction devices with silicon tube cause the Pearly Penile Papules / Tyson Glands on the glans? I'm using some talcum powder on the glans because the talcum helps to remove the silicon tube of the gland. Using the silicon tube without talcum powder the silicon tube stays as glued on the glans, difficulting to remove the silicon tube.

I saw one video where the guys share this tip of using talcum powder on the glans.

And about talcum powder, can talcum powder cause some problems on the head?

Which is the best form to protect the glans?

The answer is no. They are a natural part of the penis anatomy. Some men have more of them and some have less. I have read that they help to lubricate the glans in some way. I have heard on this forum that you can remove them with smoker's toothpaste.

Personally I have a lot of them, I have had them my entire adult life...they are not causing any issue for me, so I'm keeping them.

To protect your glans you can use these sleeves.

The answer is no. I have used it a lot and I have had zero issue. Talcum powder is just, hydrated magnesium silicate in a powder form.

You can also use Magnesium Carbonate in order to make it easier to remove the glans cap.

When choosing a device for PE, I've learnt to choose the one that I can use with ease without having to create threads to ask for questions. This brings us to the length master.
