I visited the doctor and he removed using a device of cauterization. I felt few pain in the post surgical. I have few fear of the pearly penile papules go back.

Yeah truth, but aesthetically without PPP it is better. If you have the chance to remove, you need to do, to otherside is not a serious problem, it is only a aesthetically situation. The best thing that I did, was remove this, zero regrets.

I will see what I do. But I have had them practically my entire life, with no problem or aesthetic worries.

No, almost zero pain, the doctor applied the local anesthesia, and after the process I used some medicine and ointment prescribed by the doctor. It is necessary to clean with water and apply the ointment everyday. The worst side is, at least 15 days with out sex, but the result was very good.

It depends of the number of PPP, now it is controled, but before the cauterization process I had a lot, so was necessary for my confidence. In the future, I don't know. If appear a few PPPs I'll try them with toothpaste.
