I have heard before that you can remove Pearly Penile Papules with smokers toothpaste.

Is this true and should you do that?
Don't you need Pearly penile papules?, I have heard that they are for sensivity and lubrication of the glans. True?

I have a lot of them. Maybe they can be mistaken to be STD from some uneducated woman.

Just asking questions.

I doubt the efficacy of toothpaste being adequate to permanently remove the papules (via abrasion.) I guess with enough sessions and you might make progress, though at what cost to surrounding tissue (again abrasion?) I don't think you "need" them per-se, but they are more prominent in some individuals. I went the route of a low-power soldering iron and otc lidocaine numbing cream to remove them, just lightly poking each nodule. I took special care while healing also, and they have not returned (>3yrs now.) Though, as a disclaimer that is potentially dangerous and I'm not advising anything, just sharing for more info.

Thanks for sharing. Yeah I'm not bothered with mine. There is some lazer operations you can do. But I will not do that.

Exactly my thoughts. What about the surrounding area?

What you did sounds extremely dangerous. šŸ˜±
Happy it did work out for you.

Thanks for sharing. No problems with the glans after that? Are not Pearly Penile Papules there for a reason, like for moisturize the glans and increase sensitivity during sex? Have you experienced any difference?

If I find some instructions/videos I will post it, or I will create one self If I decided to do this.

Do you just leave the toothpaste on the edge of your glans, wash it and then re-apply multiple times per day? Do you have any time frame of how long this can take?

Thanks brothers for all the information.
But I'm thinking of keeping them, I think I will need them

It's sometimes hard to find this information but I found it again:
Pearly penile papules are small bumps that appear on the head or glans of the penis. Their purpose is to produce lubricant to aid in sexual penetration. They are not painful or uncomfortable and some may or may not be visible.
External source/URL for the quote.

Hi,

Look this:

Only certain people get them, but they're easily remedied by using smokers toothpaste 2 to 3 times a day.
Do you walk around with the toothpaste on your penis, or only apply it for like 10 minutes and then remove it?

I do not have PPP and my sensitivity is absolutely fine. Not everyone has these.
