Another update..probably the biggest one thus far: I ended up getting a hard on and decided to measure fully bone pressed, and what do you know? Im hovering right around 7. Im taking this as a clear sign that this 7 incher is in my future..Mostly because its already there on my body. My new mission, in addtion to my regular Penis Enlargement, is to figure out how to get the rest of that skin or fat or whatever, to stop hiding my dick. Im not even sure if it is fat, all i know is fully bone pressed Im dan near at 7. At first I thought I was gonna have to stretch and make more tissue, ect..but like i said, the length is pretty much already there!! Any advice on this would be amazing! I need responses on this one guys!
 
Assuming this is correct, what do you think would be the best way to show my full length in addition to healthy eating and exercise?
 
I meant to actually increase visibility and show the full length or bring it out. Im still gonna work on the fat pad, but assuming I can only get rid of a small portion, especially considering that Im not really over weight, what methods are there to making that full inch+ visible?

shit, me too. im gonna stick with pe, but i was hoping there was somethign more i could do that was tailored to my problem. i also ended up on a "does size matter" discussion forum..that didnt help either.. this has to work.
 
I agree with you on knowing how to use what you got for sure. Still, i'd rather personally work a 7..this is gonna be an interesting several months, assuming (and hoping) I get to my goal by then
 
SRT will teach you the best Expressive methods of making length gains but to make those visual gains, accessing the penis buried in the fat pad diet and exercise need to be vigorously pursued. When Penis Enlargement is done along side diet and exercise the gains can be two-fold!

I dont have the cash it takes for everything it takes in the SRT. Seems like my best bet is Penis Enlargement and healthy living.

No equipment is needed to do SRT, all exercises are interchangeable with natural or equipment methods. The only real necessity would be anACE bandage if you can swing it, that will help a lot. As far as equipment substitution goes simply ask and I will come to you with a solution. Everyone can take part in SRT!

Think of it like a math equation. total length(BPenis EnlargementL) = total visible length(NBPenis EnlargementL) + fat pad thickness

so if your BPenis EnlargementL is constant, the only way to increase your NBPenis EnlargementL is to reduce the fat pad thickness. There are limits on how much fat pad loss you can achieve, as it is typically one of the last areas of fat in the body to be reduced via diet (since fat is extremely important when it comes to reproductive functions). Some people genetics will allow them to have virtually no fat pad (there are a few ��������� like this) but most people are stuck to having at least some fat pad.

So if you go on a diet and reduce your fat pad to essentially the minimum that your body will allow, then you need to reevaluate the above equation.

taking the fat pad thickness as constant, the only way to increase your NBPenis EnlargementL is to increase your BPenis EnlargementL, which is accomplished via Penis Enlargement.
 
has anyone ever heard of someone getting lipo suction done on the fatpad after they have lost all they can with healthy diet? I have been curious about this.
 
I have the same dilemma. I'm 50 lbs overweight. Well 47 actually I lost a few lbs since starting Penis Enlargement and eating better. I have a thick fat pad of an inch or a bit more. My measurements are the same as you. I have been up and down and weight for the last 15 years. I'm 39. I was very athletic and into power and bodybuilding when I was in my late teens and early 20's. I barely had any fat pad back then and I know for sure my visual length was around an inch more back then. I got together with my wife when I was 22. So she knows what my dick looked like back then with no fat pad and she has even commented that when I say I'm going to lose weight. She says she felt more length in her back then. She doesn't say it in a mean way. She is encouraging me when she says it to help me get motivated for the weight loss.

Get yourself on track by eating healthy and exercising. Even going for neighborhood walks every day to start some sort of exercising off will help. Personally I am eating a very balanced diet and I count my caloric intake every day on a calorie counting website called "Lose It". It's a great website where you can easily log what your are eating every day and it has every food listed with it's calorie count so you can keep close count of what your eating.
You can set it to show what your goal is in weight loss in a certain time frame, then it takes your weight and height into account and calculates for you how many calories you should be consuming every week in order to lose the weight you want. It's really user friendly. Check it out!
 
The fat pad is a very tough spot to lose for me. It's the last place that I lose weight. I think I would have to be super lean to get my fat pad down to .5" or less. I freakin HATE my fat pad. I'm 5'11" when I was 19 yrs old I weighed 192 lbs. I have a pretty large natural build. I wore size 34 waist jeans at the time. The trainer at the gym said a nice weight for me would be about 180 after he figured out my fat percentage. Even though I was not that bad overweight I still had a fat pad of 2.0" or more.

im same body type as you. sucks..i can be almost 8 bp and am pretty close to 6 girth...doesnt llok like it because my whole shape is big. i was down to 187 and i looked ���� star. my girl made all kinds of comments and shes seem it a looooong time.ha

Diet and exercise, I've started doing both. I registered in a gym for 3 months. I started my diet and training yesterday. So far so good, it is going well. I'm already looking forward to hitting the gym tomorrow evening. I'm going to make this a life style just like PE.
