Well as the title says i really need help Quick ... so i have a girlfriend and we been dating for like 2 months now and we do have sex quite alot but i really started to feel like she doesnt enjoy IT as Much as i do ... she tells me the sex is good but i know alot of girls lies so the guys Will feel bettet but i can feel that she doesnt really enjoy IT ... and i really wanna change that .. i have tried the PE bible before i bought IT and got around 1.2cm increased size in lenght after like 26 weeks doing IT so i kinda gave up on that but i really wanna start doing something about My size so i want any help or tips u guys can give pls help me .,, and btw im 6.1 Inches erect and 4.8 girth erect ,... girth is what i wanna focus on most ... pls help i dont want My relationship to suck just beacuse i have a small dick i want her to enjoy sex as much as i do

Welcome to the Brotherhood. The PE Bible is should change it's name, it truly is a terrible name for a book. I am happy you have seen gains in the past so that you have the confidence PE works. I would not make projection on how someone else is feeling. If you ask her if things are good and she lies to you, would you even want to be with such a person? Lies have no place in a loving relationship. She may be telling you the truth and she does enjoy things. This is something you will need to determine. And in addition, if she does not like sex how does she feel about you? Some things here to think on. A would sit down and have a conversation and and be open, receptive and honest. When you get the feedback and it is all good than put these fears to rest. If she gives you places she would like to see Improvement you can then evaluate if this is something you want to correct. But in projection we are usually wrong, our fears drive the opinion we falsely believe is there.

Getting bigger is not a problem, you can gain much size here and there are thousands that will back that up and help you gain. The SRT Routine is the premier workout that covers every possible thing you can in a PE workout, delivering gains so much faster than any other means. You are starting out around the size I did and I have made some of the best gains around. Have a look through SRT since you have some PE experience. If it is too much or you want to train without tools I recommend the Newbie Routine.

Im not sure maybe she actually enjoys IT .. she is kinda horny all the time and is really wet when we are about to have sex ... what is the str routine is IT good ? And do you recommend IT ? Will IT take long time to see change ?
 
6.1" length and 4.8" girth isn't small, that's average size. Sure you can become bigger and there's nothing wrong with doing so but knowing what to do with what you have is the most important thing. You'll grow gradually and adapt to using that extra as you gain it.

Sex in the beginning of a relationship is always extremely frequent but if she didn't enjoy it she'd stop unless she's one of those "sex means he must love me" types. The best sex advice I can give is just be giving, pay attention to her reactions, and change things up a lot (positions, intensity, etc) to keep it interesting. If you're just a "get on top and pound away until we're done" guy it gets boring.

I already have the bathmathe ... but the black button that close the pressure is fucked ... could u tell me what the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) routine is? Everyone seems to recommend IT ... and no 4.8 girth does not look good with 6,1 lenght its looks small and long

Couldn't tell you how to fix problems with the valve.

5x5x3 is doing 5 minutes in the Bathmate followed by 5 minutes of Slow Squash Jelqs, 3 sets of each. DLD has probably got a link saved somewhere that explains how to do them.

How much do i need to pump with the bathmate? I usualy pump until IT almost hurts but still not hurting ... i dont need any kind of cream for doing slow squash jelqs right ?
 
Most of us pump until we can't pump any further. It's going to hurt a little bit so pump up until it's uncomfortable, wait until you get used to it, then pump some more. Some nights it takes me a minute or two to get to full pressure.

I'm starting to think about doing the winevac mod soon to get even more pressure.

Don't need anything special to do SSJs (slow squash jelqs) except for the motivation/stimulation/ability to stay erect the whole time. I'm usually not able to provide that environment so I don't do them :(

What am i supposed to pump that much? But that shit hurts for me i usualy give up after like 30 second when i pump much

Pump until it's uncomfortable, wait until you get used to it, pump some more, etc. After a few times you'll be able to get to full pressure much faster.

If you're having valve issues it may be giving you more pressure. Get that resolved and you should be able to get to full pressure within a minute or two the first few times. After that you should be able to handle it much faster.

All pumpers should follow the SRT 5x5x3 workout to maximize the expansion safely. This method will also bring girth gains faster.

He's saying few isn't pumping with a lot of pressure though, getting to the point of discomfort and then stopping. Gotta get that thing pumped up a lot.

He will need to become used to it and get through the pain and discomfort. 5 minutes should be doable for everyone so I would make the assumption it is an issue with getting accustomed with the BathMate.

Iwant8 even though we aren't working muscles (with the exception of kegels) you need to think of things like you were in the gym. If there isn't some level of pain/discomfort you aren't doing anything.

If you start getting sharp, piercing pain that's BAD. Otherwise you gotta work your way up to max pump. Your body will get used to it. Getting the BM pumped up all the way is almost like ripping off a bandaid. Get in, pump up until your eyes go wide open and hold it there until you're okay with the feeling. Then repeat until you're at full pump. Every day it'll get easier.

The gym is the best comparison in scenarios in PE. Even though, for the most part, we are not dealing with muscle many of the weight training applications apply.

No pain no gain. Just make sure it's the right type of pain.

Exactly. There are 2 pains in PE one is good and one is not. Good pain is a dull, soreness similar to muscle fatigue. Bad pain is sharp shooting, unbearable, may even initiate numbness.
