can any one please tell me that which supplement is good for body building.

Welcome. There are a lot of good supplements that are beneficial for getting bigger/stronger or losing fat mass. It will be universally more helpful for you if you're able to tell us what you're doing now for exercise and diet, than for me to tell you that you should start taking ______.

Helpful, thanks

Crazy but every thread got bumped in this list...goes to show how links and bumps are so important.

I'm sorry to go against some grain here but the articles mentioned and the advice on supplements is just not going to get anyone anywhere.

First of: The anabolic diet is just utter poppycock I'm sorry to say. Yes, adequate levels of fat with at least a certain portion of saturated fats will have a positive influence on testosterone levels. But beyond something like 20-25% of daily calories from dietary fat will not going to have any considerable effect. Furthermore limiting carb intake and high fat intake doesn't work well for most people during a bulk.

And then the food choices. Stuffing yourself with cheese and whipped cream is just not going to be the healthiest way to treat your body.
Get on a regular diet something like: 30/50/20 (protein/carbs/fat) and adjust to personal preference/feelings.

Supplements:
There are really just a few supplements worth considering, the rest is garbage really and will drain your pockets like nothing else if you buy into the hype. Supplements that work: Creatine mono, multi vitamin, calcium/magnesium/zink, fish oil, protein powder. Maybe some BCAA's for empty stomach exercise and that's pretty much it. Some others might be worth considering but the list is very short. Please don't throw away money on dreams of quick fixes. Literally 99% of supplements don't do anything.

Please save yourself the trouble swimming through the oceans of bs and broscience on the web about diet and bodybuilding and first search this site for what you need to know: http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/articles

There are really not much more than a handful of people in this fitness/bb/diet world that actually know what they are talking about. At the top of that list are guys such as Alan Aragon and Lyle McDonald. (His site is the one I linked to)

Dude! Look up intermittent fasting! it does wonders, fasting releases Natural HGH and helps burn fat and help muscle building. Im doing it now and have lost 40 lbs in 2.5 weeks. Sweet as hell.

So you claim to have lost 2 pounds a day. That equals about 7000 kcal deficit a day were it 40 lbs of fat.
For a 220 lbs individual that would require running TWO marathons every day. (Or running 1.5 marathon and eating nothing at all)

So those numbers are hardly realistic in any way. Even if 10 lbs were water weight.

Intermittent Fasting alone will note cause weightloss. It's an eating pattern some might find useful/beneficial and there might be some (minor) bodyrecomposition benefits. Losing weight is about creating a caloric deficit, this counts for IF as well as any other diet strategy.

is 6 inch penis is good enough or should I go for better size by using supplements?

Supplements will not help you get bigger on their own, you need to combine them with a good routine. Supplements in PE and much like supplements in body building, they benefit each other but if the supplement is taken alone do not expect to get bigger. My advice is to start with the Newbie Routine and use a supplement along side it like TITAN PILLS.

supplements are just that - to supplement your diet. alot of gym goers put too much emphasis on supplements and expect them to deliver results that arent possible.

i like to keep it simple. as far as supplements go, i only take a few. i have whey protein just to fill in some of the gaps when i cant get the amount of protein i need. i take some omega 3 to balance out the omega 6's in my diet, im not religious with taking it though. i also use a plain creatine monohydrate (when i can remember!) as its beneficial for strength training and recovery. sometimes ill use a pre workout supplement for energy, but usually i just have some caffeine.

those seem to be the main useful supplements to me, and theyre quite cheap. even then none of them are needed, they just make things a little easier

Supplement: something that completes or enhances something else when added to it.
