Can download youtube videos as an mp3 and use in your ipod or other technology mp3 musical player system with earphones and batteries.

Yeah, I used to do this in studio work. I can't remember the name of the software but it is a plug in for Firefox, it will download as video or MP3.

Depending on the browser, youtube center does this very well. Gives you the option for video downloads in different resolutions(SD/HD) and audio downloads in different Kbps's(SQ/HQ).

I also have a text-to-speech software for firefox. I'm such as lazy asshole.

There are text-to-speech extensions that you can download for firefox from mozilla. I think most use the default "anna" voice from windows though.

The one I use is textaloud. It uses nextup's TTS voices and it doesn't sound like a robot talking to you. It's a desktop software for wordpad/.txt/.pdf/ETC files and also has a firefox extension as well. You can also paste in text/article(s) and it can spit them out in .mp3 format as well. You can also change a bunch of stuff like pitch/speed to mold the voice to your liking.

Thanks Brother, I really need this, it would help my work big time. I have never liked the robot sounding voices but I have heard some decent natural voices in software I used a couple years ago. I will check out Nextup TTS.
