I like the idea of the mix of the two. I am not as vocal as I would like to be with the LengthMaster still not in my hands but I do have a routine that will be posted as soon as the LM is available. It will include super-sets that utilize hanging and extending with a mix of manual, angular stretches to enhance the gains. I think the combination, if correctly timed, will be very powerful in gaining size.
If you decide to hang...I'd suggest going for a low weight as well.. the extender springs only are 3lbs. of tension for beginners and advanced are 5lbs of tension. Be careful!!! Ive got stretch scars in my fat pad from getting the "No..you can start out with 25lbs..." advice. So take it from IRREVERSABLE DAMAGE Me. Go light, and go long. It takes time..period...and Grow on!!
