Hanging can be more intense?

Would you mix the two, hang for 2hours then extend for the rest of the day?
 
I like the idea of the mix of the two. I am not as vocal as I would like to be with the LengthMaster still not in my hands but I do have a routine that will be posted as soon as the LM is available. It will include super-sets that utilize hanging and extending with a mix of manual, angular stretches to enhance the gains. I think the combination, if correctly timed, will be very powerful in gaining size.
 
If you do this, I would advise keeping the extender on low tension because hanging is a very intense exercise and you don't want to overdo it.
 
If you decide to hang...I'd suggest going for a low weight as well.. the extender springs only are 3lbs. of tension for beginners and advanced are 5lbs of tension. Be careful!!! Ive got stretch scars in my fat pad from getting the "No..you can start out with 25lbs..." advice. So take it from IRREVERSABLE DAMAGE Me. Go light, and go long. It takes time..period...and Grow on!!

I tried hanging 2.5lbs for an hour today, with my VLC Tugger worked really well.
Will try hanging first, then SG, then Divo suit.

Can't wait to see the results in 4 months :)

Why does it have to be one or the other? Hanging and extending is best. Do your hanging sets and then get in that extender!

In penis enlargement it is always best to include complimentary exercises that counter the other, this will always bring gains faster. A good routine using both would be 4 sets of hanging for 20 minutes each set, manual, angular stretches in between each set and then put on the Extender for the remainder of the day at a medium traction to help in healing and cementing the gains.
