So I've always been one of those guys who grows more than triple when I get an erection. When flaccid I can be anywhere between average on a good day, to hardcore turtling down to like an inch and a half on a bad day. Needless to say, I've never been one for locker rooms.

Happily, this seems to be changing thanks to an accidental discovery. I found that if I pull back my foreskin and leave it perched (for lack of a better term) behind my glans, I stay much bigger all day. No turtling whatsoever. I've been doing this for a little over two weeks now and its making a real difference to me. I'm hoping long term that it could teach my penis to remain elongated while flaccid.

Would love to hear if this tip helps anyone else, so maybe some of the other uncut guys can give it a go and see?

Good to hear things are improving. Getting our flaccid size to be close to to our erect size can be done in a few ways. The idea of getting a heavier, longer, thicker flaccid size is 'teaching' it to remain in an elongated state. Naturally, the penis protects itself by turtling, it keeps it safe and retracted. In order for this to change there needs to be constant effort t keep the penis elongated. The best way is the Phallosan as it can be used 24 hours a day quickly training the penis to remain elongated. Next would be either the SizeGenetics or the PeniMasterPro, both can be used to keep you at an elongated state for up to two hours before needing to take off and recirculate blood. After they can be used for another session. The other choice is Uncle Jim's Method of ACE wrapping, this is least productive of the 4 ways but still will help you get closer to your erect size.
 
I'm cut so I can't experiment with your idea (sounds promising tho), but I can definitely say that The Bathmate transformed me from a 'grower' (very similar to your explanation) to a 'shower' and locker rooms, public restrooms, outdoor urinating, etc. are no longer an issue :)

I have also noticed that if I stop training my flaccid to remain elongated long enough, it will soon begin to turtle out of subconscious protection. It may need to be done over again if the penis starts to retract. I would say one you have attained the size you desire in flaccidity you should maintain every six months or so for maybe 30 days. This should keep things hanging and long.
