doublelongdaddy;753212 said:Yup, got the same thing here BSA, eyes are itchy and sore, stomach is a mess, cough and flem! It is the non-stop virus! My doctor told me just to wait it out, Spring would bring better health.

Sinthious;753264 said:If you can try sleeping in an upright position like a recliner it will keep the flem from getting into your lungs in turn helping the cough and sleep. More sleep mean faster healing time.
Mucinex is a life saver when colds get bad so long as you get the over the counter variation.

I am just as sick as I was 9 weeks ago, no change. Been to the doctors 4 times and told nothing can be done as it is a constantly changing virus. So I am chillin' waiting for the healing....

It may be a little bit of a wives tale but you could always try a big bowl of spicy Pho i swear i feel three shades better after i do so, nothing ventured is nothing gained.

Noticing some subtle differences in sensitivity is great. It is hard to tell because it's a gradual change but I feel it and love it.
