I'm revisiting this cause I stopped using it and started up again a few weeks ago.

I apply once a day, right after my stretching routine. My penis is super soft. The head is almost fully pink when flaccid like fresh new skin. After a few weeks doing this again the head feels a bit more sensitive.

Ditch the hydrocortisone guys, move to Eucerin Cream. Buy a little tub for the $6-7 it costs and it will last you a long time. The stuff works wonders.
 
since my Man-1 Oil is used-up, I've been using coconut oil...works as well or better and is more efficient in 'turtle prevention' (and 50X's cheaper)
