I got a cylinder that I pack completely so that I will expand more in length rather than girth, should I be using low pressure like 3-5 hg or high pressure like 10-15hg if I want length gains? and how long should I pump for etc. any help and advice would be appreciated thank you

I would go high pressure but be sure to check yourself for water retention every so often to get an idea of just how long you can go before skin issues start to happen. You can also think about doing some Hardcore Stretches while you are in the tube, these will work towards expressive gains while the thinner tube works for shaft gains.

I have another question DLD, what would be the optimal time limit I should work up to in terms of pumping at high pressures. so how long should my high pressure pumping session last do you think?

This would be determined by when you start retaining fluid. Some men can go up to 20 minutes with no fluid retention but others can only go for 5 minutes. I would test it until I found the sweet spot. With a thinner tube there will most likely be a lot less retention so you may be able to hit those 20 minutes sets.

yes your right DLD, my only problem is my foreskin cause im uncut, im gonna attempt to pump with a condom to see how that works out. do you think its possible to see length gains from pumping alone (with a thin cylinder) at high pressures?
 
I was able to completely restore foreskin through pumping. It created some extra skin every time and over time I have a totally covered glans.

I wonder if you could pull your forskin back and then put shaft into the tube. Would that keep the foreskin from expanding and pulling forward? GS

The condom will help big time with this, I should have remembered to tell you that, glad you found it on your own.

Pumping will bring length gains but it is mainly a girth exercise. With the thinner tube though the whole game changes and you will see length gains over girth gains.

do you think that jelqing at low erection levels will bring length gains, like 20-30%?

I think so but it is best to test for yourself and make any adjustments that you see necessary. Everyone is different and it takes some self discovery to find exactly what is best.

DLD I have been pumping at high pressure with a thin cylinder for about 45 mins everyday, I haven't seen any length gains as of yet, been going at it for 2 months, when you say thin cylinder DLD, do you mean your shaft is completely packing the sides of the tube? or do you mean a tube that is still slightly larger than your girth when you are pumped, so even when you are at high pressure your girth still dosent touch the sides of the tube? just want to clarify

For the men who are looking to make gains in length via pumping beyond that of what naturally occurs through normal pumping they usually go for a thin tube that becomes packed during the session. The idea is the girth expansion pushes upward to enhance the length with more intensity.
