Yo boys! So I have this problem- I am uncircumcised and I have my foreskin cover my glans always (expect for when I pull the skin back). But it has been a lot of time now that I sense my glans is very sensitive. I have been edging with my Fleshlight STU lately and what I see is that once I hit the 10 minute mark it starts to get pretty intense. Like my glans get overly-sensitive and any further stimulation would make me explode. I have been slowing down and stopping for like 10 seconds and it gets better, but it still feels like pretty hard to hold. Once I finish and ejaculate- my glans becomes EXTREMELY sensitive then and it is painful to touch or further stimulate. If I am horny enough I can keep my erection on after my 1st ejaculation, but it seems I can't use it. I have seen that walking around with my foreskin pulled back would work on making it less sensitive, but I am unsure whether it is a good idea or not. It is not the back of the glans (where the frenulum is)- it is the ENTIRE thing. So if I overcome this I would be able to last longer, but can you please advise me on how to do this? Would playing with it after orgasm (when it actually hurts) make it less sensitive- used to the stimulation? Any help would be highly appreciated :). Thank you!
 
I think building up the intensity through hand exercises that put intensity at the glans will help. It has been covered most of your life and becoming exposed is what causes the problem. Men that are circumsized usually rid themselves of this intensity by the time they hit puberty and this is from general exposure. With a bit if help and practice you should become less and less sensitive. The Slow Squash Jelq puts a lot of intensity at the head, which is good. The FleshLight is a great way to build up the intensity (I love mine) but it will take time and will most likely happen in stages until you are able to withstand a full exposure. I also wonder about desensitizing creams, they may be a temporary help as you become more able to bear the exposure.
 
What do you think if I start walking around having the foreskin rolled back? I tried it like 2 years ago and it was AWFUL! But if this will be a solution Im going for it. What do you think? Creams are no solution to me- I need a permanent one :).

It will suck for a while but it will eventually desensitize, most likely the fastest way is direct exposure. I would use a little bit of hydrocortisone to deal with itchiness and irritation.
 
Zambrodom3 get circumsized. I had my foreskin for 26 years of my life and it bothered me as soon as I got rid the feeling I had had was wonderful. When it healed obviously lol
I wouldn't change that for anything. Did you consider circumcision?

Don't finish and ejaculate.

You're repetitively training .. habitualizing .. patterning .. yourself (and some really complex psychological and dopaminergic-synthesizing mechanisms, ventral tegmental area, etc, which I think you know this stuff) to expect and do exactly that ... to 'go about ten minutes ..or so.. and then finish and ejaculate'.

Change the tune ...

Go half an hour and don't finish. Go for five minutes and then just suddenly stop and go make a sandwich. Go for an hour and don't finish. Etc. Change it up.

Going to eat a sandwich, or chocolate .. to be more direct, can be an important re-patterning exercise since your body is expecting some manner of dopamine reward from the sexual activity, and dopamine's a -powerful- neurologic driver. You probably have the willpower to go off it 'cold-turkey', but if you need help ... food also causes it but isn't tied into the same behavioral rut.

(You might even be able to manually 'anchor' the neurology of not-finishing by simultaneously rubbing your nose, or pulling your ear, whatever, .. don't want to get into all of that right now, you can find info on it under stuff like NLP and (because your type of patterning here is also including functionally negative judgments about your ability and/or your body) maybe look up The Inner Game of Tennis -here- or -here-.

And .. work-in not only some 'rest-sets' .. where you can relax and de-escalate for a few moments (in actual sex this could be stopping to kiss something, or to switch positions) but also work-in some 'pacing' .. where the escalation never goes too far in the first place, and some 'reverse-kegels' too.

Long ago, some chick told me after sex "wow, you're totally not just in it for yourself" .. cos I was into rocking their world and didn't care if I finished or not ..

Later on I discovered that -saying- this ahead of time was like a magic wand for completely eradicating what people later named 'LMR' (last minute resistance, link from web) and will get you in-like-Flynn on a first date. Don't abuse that. :cool:

But you have to kindof mean it .. and be able to back it up. Patterning to always go ten minutes and pop your cork isn't going to back it up, -- patterning to go for as long as you want and not care whether or not you pop your cork is how to back it up.

Physiologically you only need to clear your pipes two or three times a week anyway, ... more than that begins increasingly to tax the endocrinology and nutritive upregulation of the HPTA through excessive 'prolactin rebound' and pretty much this from the web (save me some typing. I wouldn't change that for anything. Did you consider circumcision?

I wish I can suggest circumcision for many uncut guys. It makes PE tough for many. I'm happy they can still do PE despite the situation.

I love my foreskin. You can increase your size with it. I'm a proof of that. I don't think getting a circumcision is the solution to these guys problems. I always say:
- Make the best of what you have.

I love my foreskin. You can increase your size with it. I'm a proof of that. I don't think getting a circumcision is the solution to these guys problems. I always say:
