I have been trying to avoid this since the cuts first appeared 3 weeks ago:
http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?71323-Frenulum-(banjo-string)-Sore

Since going into SRT two weeks ago, there has been no time for the cuts to heal.
Every day I am applying Germolene, antiseptic and Fucidine (anti-biotic) cream.

Yesterday I only sparingly applied the cream (twice all day) today I noticed the tiny hole in the cut was red, I squeezed both sides with tissue and a tiny amount of yellow puss came out. Afterwards I applied antiseptic to it and Fucidine. It is not painful, which is why I am continuing P.E exercises.

Can anyone give advice on creams to help the healing?
Will it get worse?
Should I take couple days off?

Thanks in advance.
V.

Keep the area clean and use Bacitracian three times daily until completely healed. What caused this?

Yeh gotta buy some bacitacian.
It started with newbie routine using ok grip, my middle finger rubbing and irritating Frenulum.
The infection is minor so it shouldn't be a problem.

Good to know. Remember that if you stretch with a cut frenulum it will further be removed from it's anchor and eventually completely rip. Allow the skin to heal with time and bacitracian and you will be back in the drivers seat in a week.

Are there any exercises I can do?
I could still do jelling/clamping keeping foreskin unpeeled so Frenulum continues to heal.

Just remove it. Problem solved! I removed mine at age 16 buy tieing a string around it for 2 weeks till it got cut.

PLUS, I got no idea what your money situation is, but if you start taking a good pro-biotic that'll help your immune system deal effectively with most "new" stuff that might come along, leaving more energy to heal your present condition.

I buy mine from mercola.com and I can't say enough about how well they work for me. If you can buy 'em, I recommend 'em!

Hey man thanks.
I will look into it, at the moment I eat strictly raw vegetables, fruit and Salmon, I have omega three supplements and multivitamin.
All of these should help in terms of healing anti-inflammatory etc.

But it's a tiny hole, TINY!
No problems arose, when I took two days off each week during newbie routine.
Perhaps SRT I could take 1-2 days off as well?
I'm going to do jelqs and clamping just won't peel back foreskin which would aggravate frenulum.

If you do visit mercola.com AND you eat raw veggies, take a look at the articles on how to make your own fermented veggies. As opposed to probiotics which measure their content by billions of ...CFU's I believe they're called...these homemade veggies measure in the Trillions and that's just for a coupla tablespoonfuls if I remember right.

Something to look into.

Avoid anything that will aggravate the healing of the frenulum.

I tore my frenulum a couple of days ago, it's just a small cut and it doesn't really bleed. I have stretched anyway. It hurts a bit in the beginning and when I retract my foreskin.

Your diet sounds good, are you eating eggs? They have loads of minerals and vitamins that should help healing.

Please follow a good hygiene in this! Bacitracian is the recommended ointment. Understand also that as you stretch with a tear the tear will lengthen.

Yeh, going to let it heal for a week.

I made the mistake of ok griping barehanded and not keeping an eye to see if the frenulum was over stretching while doing exercises. I RECCOMEND GRIP WITH COTTON PLEAT AROUND GLANS AND MAKE SURE FRENULUM IS LOOSE WHEN STRETCHING.
I also slightly tilt the glans towards frenulum so it keeps frenulum loose stretches more at the rear of the glans.

The Jelqing is going well, not even touching or affecting frenulum god bless foreskin!

Yeah, good to always keep an eye on your member just in case there is an issue. When I cut my urethra early in my career I bled pretty bad for a good 5 minutes before I looked and noticed...since I was wet jelqing I did not realize. Now, I watch as I train.
