Hey guys I have been gone for awhile due to personal things but i am back and i am going to get started again. For those of you that do constrictors for your girth routine do you guys do anything else or do you just stick to constrictors? Also do you guys do any warming up (i.e. heat,jelqs,etc...) before you start your constrictor workout?
I am going to start doing constrictors on a 1 day on 1day off routine with my off days consisting of wet jelqs. Since i have taken a couple months off i am going to start back slow with only 15min of constrictors on my on days and 300 wet jelqs on my off days and slowly work both of them up over time.
Do you guys think this is a good girth routine?
