I got a blister. I've read the SS website on what to do and its healing fine; I removed the dome and there was a water explosion and a small blister!
I FELT the blister happening (a small pricking pulling on the head with the dome on and, of course, I was keeping the stretcher at max of 6 pounds). A little of my skin was exposed and, of course, that's where it happened.
There's this phenomenon which is occurring which I wanted to go over with you guys: when, after say, 1.5 hours, my base skin under my scrotum is fatigued (everyone said this would happen with between SO and SD).
So I take the dome off the brushings, rest for a minute, screw the screws back down to the base, and start over. But my head, while still touching the top of the dome, becomes sensitive and uncomfortable (this is how I got the blister), when I take it back up to 6 pounds. Happens every time. If I dont go as heavy (say, to 4 pounds) it's ok.
I want to get in four hours a day. Rick at SS said that that is what he did at 5 pounds, and gained 3/16ths of an inch in erect length every month? I have the time to stretch for four hours six days a week and for one hour on the seventh.
Given the fact that it is now clearly obvious I cant do 6 pounds max for 4 hours:
1. What do you suggest for a four hour routine breakdown weight wise (please breakdown what the screws should look like for the weight breakdowns; I know for full 6 pounds they should be compressed fully)?
2. Based on your experience (no promises), what gains should I expect given THIS routine (I understand its not a definite; just asking)?
