I cannot seem to get passed fluid build up while hanging.I currently am using the homemade bib,w/15lbs.The build up is just below the head on the left side.I have been hanging now for about 5 months. Can anyone give me some suggestions on how to avoid fluid buildup.Thanks.

mal,

The fluid buildup occurs because of higher blood pressure, from constricted blood flow, causing the fluid to be pushed into the interstitial spaces. You need to increase blood flow, and reduce the internal blood pressure.

It could be that you wrap is too tight. Or it could be that the circular compression of the homemade Bib is causing undo pressure. You may need to change to a lateral compression device.

You also might try cutting blood channels in the plastic to help allow for better blood flow.

All I can think of right now.

Bigger,Thanks for the reply, but Im not understanding what your saying. Is there another way you can explain this to me[Im a dumbass].Thanks.

Bib, is there a certain amount of fluid build up that may be normal. WHat I mean is I get some light build up around the area just below the bib after each set (very light) before I start the next set is is gone. I always assumed this was normal, am I wrong?

You are correct. There is almost no way to completely eliminate fluid buildup, especially at higher weights. I thought mal was referring to fluid that would hinder hanging. Over my Penis Enlargement career, I had times of extreme fluid buildup, a stinging sensation in the foreskin, etc, that would hinder hanging. I would say a little fluid is normal.

mal,

If you can, please ask specific questions. I really do not know how to say it any better. You need to try and stop so much constricting pressure, without stopping the hanging pressures. Usually, I had problems with fluid because of the wrap being too tight. But with the circular compression homemade Bib, it could just be the hanger you are using. More circulation is the answer.

Yea I have the extreme fluid build up.It stings on the foreskin during and after hanging. So are you saying that I might have the hanger too tight.Ive tried differant wraps loose, tight,it doesnt seem to be my wrapping.Im finally starting to see some good gains from hanging, but dreading the session cause of the fluid build.Currently Im only hanging 2x15 min a day w/15lbs[just dropped to 15 was doing 20lbs],so I dont think Im overdoing it.I dont know man I love hanging but when I see that damn build up It pisses me off.Thanks.

I'm getting a small fluid build up also using a homemade Bib hanger #2. I don't wrap all that tight but I'm pretty short when flaccid. I can't start wrapping an inch back from the Glans as leaves me no where to wrap and put on the hanger! I also do get some bruising on the Glans itself. I do jelq after a session in hopes of getting rid of the build up.

Maal,Bib said that a small amount of fluid is normal,I wouldnt worry if theres only a little build up.I have way too much it looks freaky, like i have a doubleheaded cock.

Mal, Ok I must have mis-read it. It sounds like you got what I did when I used to pump.

Yes, you are going to have a tough time trying to hang that much weight with a circular compression hanger. You will have to have the hanger fairly tight, which will decrease circulation. If you need that much weight, you will need to switch to a lateral compression hanger, either the Caps wench, CCH, or a production Bib.

I gave up on the modified Bib well before I got to 15 lbs.

Try to shorten your hanger. If it is the modified Bib, made with the flexible PVC tubing, you should be able to cut off some of the back end of the hanger, and move it toward the base. I really like to see the hanger at least one inch behind the head.

Bigger,Thanks.Yea I think I might try the capn wench and see how that goes.I might have to breakdown and buy the real bib hanger, they still available?

mal,

Yes, they are still available. But try to make your own first.

Mal561,

I don't know if this will help because I'm using a production Bib (starter), but I was having the same problem as you. The fluid buildup looked bad and took 24+ hours for it to go back to normal. Thanks to Bigger's suggestions, I made some adjustments to the hanger which helped. I also changed the way I wrapped so that it covered the area where I was getting fluid buildup. I now wrap over the head instead of 1 inch below the head and I don't get anymore fluid buildup.

To me, wrapping over the head isn't quite as comfortable as starting an inch below the head, but it's a good trade off for me because I can put more hang time in without having to worry about extreme fluid buildup.

Wrapping over the head may not help, but it's worth a shot.

Prolab,Thanks man.The wrapping over the head seemed to reduce the fluid build up alot.
