Aw thanks. I know that I CAN and WILL reach my goals. The ONLY question is WHEN. In an Ideal world, it would be right mother-fucking-now but that would mean everyone would have a MoS certified dick :) I CAN NOT wait to see where I am 2 years from now :)

Turns out I get only 0.1"/ 0.2" EG temp gain. Is this normal? Previously I have hit 1" inch temp gains with fluid build up and 0.7" EG without fluid build up. This was when my growth was at its fastest. Any advice guys?

20 minuts Bathmate

All done at max intensity

3Mins Bathmate
3 mins SJJ

20 minuts Bathmate

All done at max intensity

Try to use the BathmateG first for 20 min. After that the supersets.
