Hey everyone
as some of you know I've been hanging for around 20 days now. I've been trying to get 4 sets of 20 mins a day (with no rest days so far). My ligs are EXTREMELY fatigued. I'm hanging at 10 lbs, even though for a couple of days I upped it to 13 lbs, but i can tell its too heavy, so I'm back to 10 lbs.
(for those are are getting alarmed at 10 lbs for a starter hanger, I have hung before w a 'sock hanger' (homemade obviously) at 8 lbs, without any gains (wasnt consistent with it, it hurt too much) )
Anyhow, My LOT is just above 9, and according to the 'LOT theory' i should be hitting BTC to target the ligs. so my first gains will be from there (hopefully).
I definately feel the fatigue, specially if i pull down on it manually or at a 3 o'clock. My question is, should I rest and let the fatigued ligs HEAL? or do i gain in this fatigue stage?
as in , are ligs like muscles? work them and let them heal bigger? or should I ride this fatigue (as i've seen some guys call it) for as long as I can?
