I have used my
extender a lot, exclusive for a long period and now combined with manual excercises. The reason I used it exclusevly was because of lack of room and privacy for that time.
I have done manual pe a lot before that and
extender use requires the same amount of dedication,
Dedication, every day, always have it with you, put it on and off at public toilets, always include it in your plans, when to put in hours and hours of use.
It´s not a simple easy way to make gains as they say on the
extender websites.
Gains really come faster with having the
extender as a addition to manual excercise.
I´d say the best excercise out there is the dld blasters, it is a very anatomic built excercise pc/reverse kegel, using the same grip (figure-4) as a lot of suBathmateissions in mma.
If you gain 1" in 6 months whatever techniques or devices you use, you should be happy, thatis good gains.
As for flaccid size, I totally agree with DLD,
extender is great for flaccid size, but if you use it together with DLD:s piss pulls and rotary cranks every time you are on a toilet you will get even greater results.
Mos members have lately focused a lot on the benefits from a big flaccid, both direct and indirect, and together we are strong and together we will figure out the perfect big flaccid routine!
