I've been working on a few modifications of several of DLD's exercises, for length, including Bundled Stretches & 110s. I did a compound session the other night which included some fulcrum work as well as a lengthy clamp session afterwards. But I got a mean tunica stretch. I'm going to keep tinkering with this & see if I get any new gains (since that's all that really matters anyway).
