As I've said recently, I'm focusing on girth for the next 6 weeks, so that I can max out gains. Just like in bodybuilding/excercise, one should stick to a particular routine for 6-8 weeks in order to acheive results, if it works at all. That's why I'll be doing my current girth routine till then. In the meantime, i have experimented with a few strethching excercises that can provide max stretch with less effort. I've tried them, and felt great intensity with very little effort, just like in my newbie routine, located in the link below. I hope some others here can try them and I get positive feedback. They are very simple for me to do, and I think most would agree. One note, thiese might work best for those with 7 inches or more.

1) Squating stretch: Grab penis FIRMLY under head in overhand grip with either hand, place hand on upper thigh. Place other hand on opposite thigh, just for ballance. At this point do a real SLOW PARTIAL squat, holding penis in place. Hold for 5-10 secs. Note: DO NOT GO ALL THE WAY DOWN! Switch sides and repeat. REPenis EnlargementAT FOR 5-10 REPS Penis EnlargementR SET. 3-4 sets per workout

2) Bending Stretch: Grab penis FIRMLY under head in overhand grip with either hand, and place hand on same quad. Place other hand on opposite thigh for balance. Instead of bending, just bend your back at the waist, first forward, then back. For even more intense stretch, bend knees just a little. Switch hands and repeat. The "leaning back" portion of this strech is the more intense part. Repeat for the same amount of reps/sets as above.

NOTE: For a more balanced workout, move penis to different places like right side of groin, left side of groin, above your bellybutton, and others. I tried these while in the shower, with hot water, and they work great! I will incorporate these first week of October, when I start on stretching.

Those are some really good stretches....in the future post pics...it would be hard taking them yourself though.
 
Hydromaxmmm, pics, let me see, since I have photoshop, Imight invent something with layers. I think my camera also has a timer. I'll see.
