Hi everyone!

While erect, my penis stays at 9 o'clock (90 degrees from stomach). I want to know, if there is a possibility to raise my erection angle to 10-11 o'clock? What exercises should I do to achieve this?

As far as I know the more one stretches the ligaments the lower the erection angle becomes, so I am pretty sure as you grow the angle will go down sorry to say.

The only thing I can think of to raise the erection angle are two things: kegels and upward stretching.

Alternatively, jelqing upwards will eventually give you an upward curve that will make your average angle higher, even if it does nothing for that of the base of your penis.

Surely there has to be a way to tighten the ligaments though?

I guess it's also about muscles and the weight of the penis itself. Because after a while, when it's bigger and heavier, you will need more strength to keep it erect at the angle. I guess training is key. As always.

My erection angle changed little with all the gains I have made, I attribute this to all the kegel work I have done. The stronger the pelvic floor muscles are the greater the erection angle.

Mine was the same way until I started doing several hundred kegels a day. Within a few months my erection is at a 45 degree angle now.

Endorsement for Kegels!

Thank you very much for all your answers.

That's what I'd like to achieve. What routine should I follow, to see results?

The best 2 places to start are with the Newbie Routine and the SRT Thread, between these two threads you will find a great wealth of information to get started and gaining.
