I have another thread on here about what Im doing but basically Im doing his routine with lipogaine as a replacement for the minox. It's a 5% product but it has all the other ingredients. Im also using a laser helmet for regrowth. At some point, I hope to drop the topicals and JUST use the helmet. Some other products worth your time may be nizoral shampoo and revivogen. Supposedly revivogen+S5 cream will beat propecia at its own game without the systemic side effects.

It's been less than one month BUT I have a thin layer of tiny blonde hairs over my whole scalp. Pretty exciting.

I personally prefer natural remedies. I have beautiful long silky hair. I take Protein daily which is very helpful to promote hair growth, its sources are eggs, nuts, meat, legumes.
Also do exercises as it is beneficial in stress relief and eat foods rich in iron which is essential for hair regrowth.
Use rosemary oil and massage scalp with it daily to increase blood circulation.
Definitely you will have good hair growth.

Have been taking finasteride for the last 3 years, it has worked for me by effectively stoping my MPB and regrowing a lot of my hair. I buy the generic brand and quarter the tablet and take only 2 quarters a week.

On a side note, I heard that Revlon was creating a pill that supposedly stops hair from going grey. I am too late for it as I have been gray for a while but to those who have not and want to keep their color it may be something to research. I wish i would have had this before I went all grey.

good info I am just using rogaine now and it is darkening some of the peach fuzz around my scalp. am going to add nizoral and S5.

Damn only twice a week? That's a very low dose. I'm assuming you quarter a 5mg tablet not a 1mg. Have you had any sexual side effects? That's the drugs biggest problem

Started off with 1mg tablets daily for about 3 months after researching the fuck out of this, once I was happy with the result I began with the 5mg tablets and quartering and taking two quarters a week only to maintain results. Which I have for the last two years.

It did water down my jizz and did effect lobido in that initial 3 months, thats partially the reason why I scaled back to a marginal dose. Its my sweet spot.

I still get good erections but the mooring boners few and far between.

Will keep treatment going until I am confident enough to rock a scalp!

Yah I know a lot of people who have taken it in the bodybuilding world and most stop due to sexual side effects. Guess you have found a low enough dose to work for you

This thread is very hopeful for those who are suffering with hair loss. To be honest I did not think any of this stuff worked until I got involved with the thread. It makes me so happy that men who need help can get real help that works.

Yah my brother in law had very bad hair loss, almost bald. He took fina and regrew a lot of hair. He also stopped due to sexual side effects. That tells you how powerful the side effects are if a bald guy who now has hair is willing to stop and lose all that new hair. When you stop taking the drug all your gained hair falls out and there is more and more evidence showing that the negative side effects can be permanent even after stopping the drug. It's a risky drug
