mmm i cant help it bro i need to shoot at the end of the my routine besides most of the bros here are having sex they masturbate etc...definitely we are wasting our energy everyday LOL
 
I've been hearing that more and more and it actually makes sense. I think that's why boxers and other athletes don't have sex before an event. Although I have heard stories of basketball players admitting they had sex the night before a championship game. I think 3-5 times a week is fine though for regular non athletes.

I will sometimes stroke or have sex right up to the point where I have like a mini orgasm but I hold in all or most of the load. Basically edging. Kegels definitely help with this. Then the next time I let it fly. You get the idea.
 
I have started doing nofap a few months ago and what I have learned is that masturbation does indeed steal a lot of energy. On the other hand sex with a partner seems to be a magical cure to imbalances. If I have slept bad or am physically tired but havent had time to sleep having sex will put me to sleep after and I will wake up feeling better than ever. If I am fine and I have sex I will usually feel more invigorated and more powerful than before. In my opinion sex is a cure for problems with energy.
 
I do believe you get a better hang not shooting and better EQ for up to a period of time. For me 3 days is about it. On the third day I swear my body temp goes up and I am on the prowl.

Sex as you mention 3-5 times a week isn't bad at all. Sex is different from masterbating. I study alittle about Chinese sexual energy and technique. And it says its OK to ejaculate after you have made the woman cum on your penis. When a woman has a orgasm, Apparently she releases Yin energy for the man which is some how obsorbed through our penis and gives us needed Yin energy. Man is Yang and woman are Yin. But it wouldn't be good to have sex too much if we ejaculate everytime or more than once. But 3-5 times a week is good. I believe in this as it triggers and makes my brain think different then just masterbating. Because its the real thing not just imagination. Also I feel different energy also from the girl like there aroma or energy that surrounds them. As I believe there is a lot that we don't see. But we can feel things and this is how and what I feel.

I've actually not ejaculated since January. Compared to before, I do feel more energetic. I'm also more responsive at work and able to think more clearly. My EQ is amazing as well. Before, I over did it and actually had to resort to taking pills just to get it up, so that's when I decided to give this a shot and I think it's restored what I had before. Every now and then I'll look at some pics or videos just to get me going so I can do some manual girth exercises, but I'll never actually go all the way with it. I don't know much about the whole Chinese energy thing, but I definitely believe there is some kind of beneficial energy between two people doing it vs going it alone.

I've also stopped PE at the same time as well just to see how permanent my gains were. To my surprise, my girth is still holding right where I left off (maybe an 1/8" smaller, if that), so I'm pretty excited about that.

Same story here
Been doing no fap since Dec 11 2015. Prior to it I could barely get it up. Now its much better, still not back at 100% but its still a shit ton better. I think I get a couple more months further and ill be fully healed. People really can underestimate the effects masturbation and ���� can have on you.

For me, ejaculating through masturbation makes me feel demotivated to do my PE routine. I believe that, if I don't ejaculate at all, I will be able to train daily without the 1-2 off days I take every week.
