Hey DLD, I've been working some girth, and thinking a lot about what you said about how you're PC training you think is the key to your gains. Im finally starting to realize that as if my PC was stronger I could force my pressure into expanding my dick, and keep it like that for a longer period of time. My question basically is. What is the PC routine that you did to give you all thet stamina and strength. I believe this will help me out with more of my girth routines in the future.

Also how long for girth work would you say it takes before it starts showing up. Ive started clamping again for about 2-3 weeks. Im 5 inches normally, and never could get past 5.5 clamped, but ive been seriously pushing hard, and make it up to 5 5/8ths and even 5.75 sometimes. Doing this probably 3-5 times a week. Still though I havnt noticed any indications even of gains. I seem to be a hardgainer, I have really gained shit in Penis Enlargement in the past year.
 
What worked for me was an IR lamp along with clamping. The IR lamp allowed me to perform HOUR-LONG sets every day, although I only did this for a week because it was affecting my hanging. I gained 0.25" (permanent..still here!) of girth in that one week doing mostly erect bends, horse squeezes, and extreme uli's, all while in the clamp. I didn't remove the clamp for the entire hour, but only because the IR lamp kept my dick warm. I think the DURATION of the sets is very important for girth gains. Although it is only a theory, the oxygen deprivation is increased exponentially the longer you are in the clamp. Oxygen deprovation is a signal for gene expression, which causes a temporary softening of the tunica tissue, allowing for greater expansion.

Keep in mind that this is only a theory, but I managed to gain 0.25" from it, so what do you have to lose? (as long as you're careful :D)
 
where do you get those lamps at goldmember? I would really like to use that in my stretching routine. Also iv read stuff on different colors have different healing abilities. Iv also read stuff about tune generators that run of different vibrations that you could use to prevent and cure diseases.
