They are both hangers. I suggest using the hanger for having and the LengthMaster for all other stretches. This will be the best route to length gains. Be sure to follow the healing procedures in SRT.

But I am talking about more routine wise. I'm looking for a routine so I can use both at their full potential but st the same time not over doing anything.

Okay I understand that.
What im saying is I am hanging right now and doing tunica stretches along with the newbie riutine using a LengthMaster. I want a routine thatll be intense but not use too much stress.
So is a 4x20 minute hang workout followers bt the tunica and newbie routine with a LengthMaster too much or should it just be 2x20 mim than LengthMaster
