Hey my friend you help me very much for Phase 1.I was gaining like a maniac from that phase.Thank you,but pls tell me what to do now.I am on Phase 2 now,and i am doing Dld blaster.I now and i feel that the exercise is master-piece(and i feel the theory to.)I feel i can gain alot,but where are the gains?I am maybe 2 weeks on this phase,and i am not gaining.Why?50 blasters is a solid,but after some time a will double up for sure.What do u thinking?What should i do?
