hey dld i read the ssj thread and i think i get most of it but there are a few things im not quite sure about.
ok so when you say that you push with you palm towards the base clamped hand do you mean that you push directly toward the other hand ,like pushing your erection in to your body?
or are you supposed to push it almost on a downward angle like the photos? or am i just visualising it wrong!

and lastly after you jelq up an inch and squash the head , do you stop jelqing up after the one inch or do you continue to jelq up after you beggin to squash with the other hand??:(
 
i have the dvd the thing is its stillwantmore doing that video and also i noticed that besides you dld everyone that makes videos does not put nearly enough intesity into the actual exercises their supposed to be showing newbies.
so i find my self wondering is this really what it looks like or is this just the mouvment .
and like i said in the pictures you drew the penis looks kinda like your pushing it down , but on the vid still just sqeezing the head a bit!

I think you can do the SSJ in various ways. All you have to concentrate on is to get a good expansion in the mid-shaft area. I personally do the SSJ not like in the painting of DLD, I rather keep the glans squeezing with one hand and simultaneously approaching my two hands (my other hand clamps the base off - just like in the picture), so it kinda blows my mid-shaft up. This and the isolated compression squeeze are definitely the leading girth exercises. I mean I do only 10 of each, with a duration of approx. 30 sec. for each rep. and I get tremendous fluid build-up.
Combine these with the Bathmate and you'll be aight :)

So true, the three together are most powerful. Both SSJ and ICS are major expansion exercises and when combined in a Bathmate superset environment will bring girth gains at speeds never thought possible.
 
you see the thing is i cant seem to do iso comp sqeezes for some reason they just dont work well with me right now but when i do ssj i get tremendous expantion the only thing is, the only way i get the expantion i want is if i do the ssj on an angle where i sorta bend downwards a bit. kinda how it looks in the drawing .
but im worried that if i keep doing them that way i will develop a downward curve , and i dont want that! thats why im asking if its ok to do them this way?

I have been doing Slow Squash Jelqs for a few years now and I have never seen any kind of downward slope, as a matter of fact my erection has a real nice upward curve.

Yes, this is where the compression comes from.
