don't listen to the ppl saying you need to gain weight! I think you look awesome, and should just stick to the weight that makes you FEEL the best! If you feel sluggish and tired at 250, then don't gain weight! If you feel tired and weak where you are at, gain some weight...but if it ain't broke, don't fix it. If you wanna gain weight for aesthetic reasons, put on muscle, not fat. (duh, no brainer).
