So been at PE sense January 31st. I know weird day to start but o well. I'm going to be posting once a week with the amount of time I do all my exercises. I measure everything in time not reps. I'll also be measuring at the end of every other month. Join me on my journey.

Starting measurements (only have 2)
NBPEL 4.5inch
MEG 4.5inch

25 days till measurement it will be 2 months in.
Will post next Friday with Saturdays - Fridays total times.
 
yep im like 38 days till my measurement april13 i hope,yeah man now you are going to witness how amzing this PE thing is,i had no hope but i found the forums and yeah things have changed...
 
hey, you're kinda where I started from; though you may have more girth than I had. I measured not much more than 4. I couldn't believe when I took measurements how behind most I was.

Do the exercises right. Do them every day. Give your body the best chance to do what it must do. You should feel something in your groin or your penis the day after, or at least the morning after training else you are not doing it long enough or with the right intensity.
 
Ok so today i was edging after my daily routine and I noticed I now have a large vain across the top of my penis about a half an inch behind my glans. It's a new feeling when I service myself/edge the vain is very sensitive. Just a new development in my PE life.

Times not all done in one continues setting but all done within a hour and a 1/2. Early morning.

Shower then BM 20 min.

Monday March 9
5 min warm up comfort zone heater
10 min noobie manual stretches
10 min LM stretches
10 min hanging 10 lbs
10 min BM with cock ring
4 edges
3 min warm down.

Tuesday March 10
5 min warm up heater
15 min noobie manual stretches
15 min LM stretches
10 min hanging 10 lbs
12 min BM with C ring 8 min no Cr
MOSEdged 4 times couldn't hold 5th in.
10 min warm down shower.

Wednesday March 11
5 min warm up
10 min manual stretches
10 min LM stretches
10 min hanging 10 lbs
20 min BM
Edge 3 times couldn't hold 4th in
5 min warm down

Thursday March 12
20 min BM with out CR
Was in a shower so no warming

Friday March 13
5 min warm up
10 min manual stretches
10 min LM stretches
10 min hanging 10 lbs
15 min BM with CR

1 day late but o well. Hard week of training I do a 7 day straight schedule but 1 day is just a BM day. I wear my UJW for at least 10 hours a day.

Had a very busy week my wedding anniversary was on the 15th so I was at a resort and wasn't going to pe while sex could and did happen very spontaneously lol.

Notice a deep red mark were my broken capillaries were so I took the 30th and the 31st off. However the 31st is MY MEASUREMENT DAY!!! =€ sad times no gains to report still 4.5 length and 4.5 mid girth. O well I have 10 more months that I have told myself I would do this for so I'm going the distance regardless of gains. I believe gains will be very hard for me do to the fact I was born with hypospadeous. We're my urethra came out in the middle of my shaft on the bottom of my penis. So I'll be a slow gainer I believe.MOS I'm so small though half an inch would be a great increase for me. I do believe I made a grave mistake in relying on a device for most of my training and having no real 30 min sold routine so from now on it will be a 5 min warmup 15 min manual stretches and 10 min BM session, for everyday. The days I have extra time I will increase my reps with the bathmate or I'll hang. I think this will work best for me. Good luck guys and may u have the best gains possible.

People who set short term goals in PE always give up and never get to their dream size. Give PE a minimum of 1 year. That's how you make big gains.

Shoot for the biggest size desire and take your time snd stick around for life
