I'm adopting Bib's suggestion to experiment with manipulating one setting before every set. I began to experiment, then, with using therawrap as an overwrap with a cloth underwrap as demonstrated on some hanging videos at �other forum�. Of the three wrapping styles I have played with thus far, the theraband/cloth wrap is bar far the most comfortable. However, since this wrap is thicker than using only ace bandage, I obviously had to adjust the gap settings on the bottom of the hanger in order to be able to fully mesh together the top 'teeth'.

I will continuously update this thread with additional information as I continue to adjust the Bib to discover what are, for me, the most comfortable settings.
 
let me know i want to order a bib and im uncut so it will probably be dificult for me at first but i think ill be able to find a way to work it and get max stretch. i def have done many tricks with the x4 extender to get max tension outta that thing ill have to post some pics
 
To date, I've experimented with numerous settings. I have now tried five different forms of wrap, each with its different champion, and found that *I* prefer a cloth underwrap with thera overwrap. The wraps that I have used are the following: only ace wrap, only theraband (with talc under the thera to prevent the thera from painfully adhering to the skin), cloth and thera, StaticWrap, and, finally, ace with a cloth underwrap. Currently I have the hanger even-toed. It's been the best Penis Enlargement experience I've had yet. Many thanks to Bigger.
 
Am up to 13lbs with the Bib as a result of my quest to discover a weight which induces fatigue in the first 2-3 sets. Also, I've toed-out the hanger so as to remove some pressure from the glans when hanging. I'm sticking with cloth/thera wrap as I feel that has been the most productive wrap I've tried thus far (see above).
 
So is the 13lbs better for you now? Also, are you making sure to squeeze out the excess blood from the glans, and front of the penis before tightening down your hanger? That helps BIG time with pressure in the glans.
 
I am making sure to squeeze excess blood from the glans as demonstrated in your instructional hanging video. And yes, the 13lbs is causing fatigue and is forcing me to reduce my hanging weight. For instance, my first set performed today was with 10lbs, because, much to my chagrin, I was seemingly incapable of hanging 13lbs at the outset. However, once warming up with this introductory set, I had no problem hanging 13lbs for the next two 20 minute sets. Yet, following the second 13lbs set, I had to reduce my weight due to a failure to hang comfortably; I failed at around 5 minutes. After reducing to 10lbs, I hung the next set (the 5th consecutive SD set) with no problems, just some irratation of the glans. And at this point I am pausing before completing the last set of my delineated routine due to fatigue, I'm not sure if I'm going to do it -my dick is quite sore.

Would you go so far as to say that the hanging really makes a big difference as oposed to the manual stretching ? Furthermore, would you be able to classify the BIB Hanger as THE way to go on achieving lenght gains rather than using a vacuum device as a different approach ?

Please comment on this matter if you will.

About a half of an inch... in 4 months.

I have very tough ligs that are resistant to deformation. I NEVER felt fatigued from doing manual stretching irrespective of how frequently, what duration, or how hard I would do them. Hanging is a different ballgame altogether, believe me. I wish I had started with hanging.

I love the Bib. It's an excellent product with excellent support (you owe it to yourself to sign up at Bib's forum and read through some of the very comprehensive posts etc that he has written over there). I could never recommend anything else to anyone. To me, the Bib is king.

I have gained 1.5" of length from weights over the years with home made hangers and the BIB production pieces

Yes, from the perspective that you cannot hold a manual stretch with the same level of resistance for more than a few minutes max. With weights, you can maintain a constant, set level of resistance for 15-20 minutes straight.

I have the most experience with BIB hangers. So, of course I'm going to say that the BIB hangers are THE way to go ;) I made my gains using them. I tried out the Max Vac hanger, and could not get it to work for me without constant blister issues. That's not to say that it could not work for other men. Other men love the MV, but it was not for me.
