Hey guys
Am a cyclist who is considering starting PE. I do daily cycling for 30 mins
Iv already gone through the forums and had an idea about the program and how exercises are done
however am still concerned about something
usually we cyclist have some problems with sitting for longer periods on the bike saddles
now this puts pressure on the veins and arteries supplying blood to the penis which which may contradict with PE
I wonder what you guys think and whether there are some cyclist here who can share their experience

This is very minimal constriction when you consider the methods of pressure we use here. Under full power a SizeGenetics can be wore up to an hour with no issues of constriction. You have nothing to fear, as a matter of fact riding that bike may allow you to get in 30 minutes of Lazy Ass Stretches.
 
I also cycle and due to the movement and position, you won't be wearing any stretchers while in the saddle. I wear two cock rings while cycling: one around the balls and cock, and one around the cock. This keeps blood in the penis.

thats why i recommended loose clothing but i've never cycled and sweating cools you down too much anyways

i just got my self a Padded cycling underwear which i think will make my cycling sessions alot comfortable

Sounds good but do not wear more than you have to, constricting the penis teaches it to turtle and shrivel. Go commando whenever possible, you want the penis to have room to hang.

This is true. Lucky for me, most of my cycling is offroad and I can wear loose shorts.

Unfortunately for road cyclists, especially if it's the in-group corporate ladder climbing scene, they pretty much need to wear the whole tight lycra "uniform" or they'll be ostracized from the group. Poor suckers.

Tight lycra takes wrapping out of the equation too. You simply cannot be getting around a group of guys with what looks like a mummified boner outline down your leg!

I never understood the tight clothing for cycling. What does it even do? If nothing special why is it used so widely in the sport?

Well there's no way to get around turtling if you're exercising. Sweating cools down the penis too much which is hard to not have.
 
^Wrapping prevents turtleing. You just can't always do it in public. If you have a private gym or can get away from civilization then you can wrap as much as physically possible.

I stay wrapped when lifting weights, no problem because it's done in private and it doesn't physically limit movement even when squatting. However, cycling is not so good because it interferes with movement and is not comfortable... but it can be done (as long as there is nobody around where you ride).

You can do many solo hobbies and activities while doing active or passive PE and recovery. Just need to be smart about it.

I call it task stacking. Getting two things done simultaneously.

Yeah, I've been wanting to do some wrapping when i go to the gym but it was too noticeable when i put on my shorts. I don't have a private gym however. I'll figur something out haha.

I believe in cycling you can wrap but just wear loose clothing. He did say he got a new pad for comfort. I'm thinking combining wrapping with his new pad would be better overall.

You can get some good equipment that's about as expensive as a one-year gym membership
 
You could actually use a Phallosan in the upright position and keep your penis out of the way while you are cycling. Kill 2 birds with one stone!

From my research, a home gym costs close up to 800 with everything set and ready. Including weights etc. I paid $100 for 1 whole year of a gym membership, now of course I can save money but I am not working right now and don't have space at my home for a home gym. Where would i get a home gym for $100?

Alright basically you do a whole stretching routine first and when you're done, you pull on your flacid cock to make it as long as possible and wrap it using a 1.5-2" bandage to keep it in the extended state. This will stop it from shriveling up and train it to stay long.

That's the short version...

To simplify what he said after a length session, you can make the dick elongated for a while using the "wrap" technique. This wrap technique consists of a wrap, but to make it easier for you to understand just imagine stretching your penis out flaccid. Then getting a cloth the size of your shaft and rolling the cloth over the dick to fit the penis long ways and then taping it so that the penis stays elongated. This is essentially a wrap used to make your penis extended.

But how long should i leave it on?
and should i put it on after my PE sessions or when am cycling as well?
