so i have been doing pe for about 2 and a half months now and just started with warming up in the shower then doing my basic newbie stretches(dlds newbie routine) I have not really been doing many girth excercises these past two months until about a week or 2 ago i started incorporating Supras slammers length and girth routine. I have gained in flaccid lenth and bone pressed lengths, my head and shaft are starting to get bigger and it feels really heavy but my non bone press erect lenth has not changed very much during the 2 and a half months. Could i not be stretching with enough intensity or what? I want to make my goals. thanks

I honestly think length is much harder to obtain from manual stretching...it could just be me though...I've been at it almost 2 months now and haven't noticed much(if any) length wise...I'm not sure if it has to do with intensity(like u mentioned) or if its just harder to "break in"...girth on the other hand seems to be a little different. One thing I do understand is you have to stick at it...that's the only way your going to gain! I know I will be :)

Give yourself more time, everything you stated is normal and part of the process and the gains will happen over time.

ok this is good because i have been pretty consistant these past 2 to 3 months and from what i read a lot of peoples gains come within the first 6 months.
 
Are you doin all the 3 set (of the stretches ) of the newbieroutine seven days a week. Personaly i have been doin this for a month now and a am still so shore at the glands....one day a am able to do 2 set the other day 1 set, then i have to take a rest then one set and this goes on like this. I can usualy never do 3 set and a alvays have to do one set in the morning and then one before sleep.

How is this goin four you guys ?
 
right now I am doing the newbie routine all stretches 3 sets and i dont really feel that sore. I do this 6 days and sunday I take off. Every session i have last about an hour and I also do the supra slammers 5 days on 2 days off. I feel the supra slammers starting to work this is my third week with this and it is so hard to get 20 sets in lol
 
what is the wrong with my glans....it hurts so bad in the circule edge of the glans were the head meets the shaft,will this go away ???

i did put a thread in the injury forum for the pros today and i am wayting for posts.
