So, I have never done any Penis Enlargement before. I was looking at DLD's First Routine and am on starting it tomorrow or sunday.
At the moment I'm at (Friday, September 16, 2011)
6.7" EL and
5.8-6.0" EG mid and 6.25" base

I Eventually want to be at
8.5" EL
6.5" EG mid

A friend of mine told me that VigRX was a good pill, so i was planning on using it to assist in the gaining process.

Some questions in my head:
What would be a good goal to set for 3 months following that routine daily or almost daily?

Will the pill actually help to increase the gains?

How long do you think it will take to reach my goals?

Will I need to buy a piece of equipment to reach these goals?

I couldn't find all of the abbreviations that are used, so i apologize if i used the wrong ones.

Do what you can. Work up to it. Going fast will not increase your chances of gaining but will increase your chances of injury. Don't try to hurry. An inch and a half will probably take a year and a half.

No pill on the market can cause tissues to grow. Many claim blood flow increase is the benefit. Your body is fine at blood flow: the pills give it in the form of a trade-off which is higher blood pressure or vascular dilation an you don't want either. Exercise will suffice. Also: cells are not going to take in more nutrients simply because more blood is rushing past. More nutrients to cells doesn't translate to growth anyway, it would only translate to health if you're unhealthy.

A year and a half. If you try to rush, give it three years. People who rush lose focus looking for the next Penis Enlargement miracle. Stay on the plan and stick to it. Just like muscles nothing is going to happen overnight.

Not necessary at all. Try jelqing faithfully for 3 to 6 months. You may choose to buy a device depending on your schedule and time, but a device is not any more of a guarantee than your hands. It's consistency and dedication that matter most.

You should take Bone-Pressed measurements. Press the ruler into the pubic bone at the same location everytime. Also, measure your fat pad as best you can.

Good luck and don't get distracted and don't worry about the gains: they'll come.
 
Thank you for the advice, I started the routine this morning, and I think i am going to try to get into the habit of doing it before I take a shower in the morning, that way the shower can be used as like an extra warm down phase + it will be an easier way to used to doing it every day. Thank you for the help again. Though is it supposed to feel weird at like the inside of the base of your penis for the rest of the day? It's not like sore like a muscle or painful it's just weird.
 
Sounds like ligaments. Don't worry about it. But coax the gains, don't yank them. Injury causes retraction and scarring.

Thank you for the help again. I think i am beginning to understand it a little better. Slow and steady wins the race. Like if you where to stretch a muscle, you don't bounce to make it stretch more, cause that causes injury to the muscle. Same sort of principle correct? Except to the ligament, which would probably hurt way more to injure? 2nd day complete and I'm feeling pretty good about this. Thank you DLD for sharing the routine. I'm not good at the kegel part of it, but I'm getting better.
