Hello, I am Eugene and I am a hard gainer. I have been practicing PE for about 13.5 months and I've been part of MOS for almost a year. Throughout this time in doing PE I have probably made about .2" in gains TOPS! I am sick of not being able to gain, I need help!!! So after this long in PE with barely any gains, can I still gain length fast/faster? (Example: .5" in 8-10 months). Are there any tips that you can give to a hard gainer like me to help kick start some REAL gains?! If you have anything in the back of your mind, please post it below any feedback would be truly appreciated!!!:) thanks brothers!
 
It pretty much has to be one of these factors, in order from most likely to least likely:

1. Intensity (How hard you're stretching/pumping/jelqing/etc.)

2. Duration (Are you holding stretches for 10 seconds, 30 seconds, 2 minutes, etc. Also, how many "sets" are you doing total)

3. Frequency (How often are you doing each type of exercise)

4. Exercise selection (Keep it simple at first. For length, most of your stretching should be down and out. You don't need 64 different variations with fancy names.)

5. Recovery (Are you letting your dick recover after girth work. Not an issue for most people)
 
What do you currently do for your routine Eugene? Many spend too much time warming up and doing low intensity exercises that barely qualify as "PE".

I've been sort of on and off for the past month and a bit or so due to a lig injury but I am starting to heal up now after giving it about a week! before the lig injury I would warmup in the shower for 5 minutes, then do 5 minutes of bundles, then do 2 sets of newbie stretches and btc stretches for 30 seconds, then 5 minutes of expressive stretching (I'd say that I stretch with a decent amount of force) and then I would hop into UJW for roughly 5-8 hours and a medium wrap. I use an extender sometimes but only when I'm at home cause it's hard to get around while wearing one for me and is uncomfortable.

I recently started hanging with a little noose rig that I put together and I don't mind it, although I am going to get an actual hanger within the next month or so. I think i may get your hanger and the reviews on it and the costs are good!

If you saw me stretch, you would think I was a mentally ill man trying to literally rip my dick off. I think you need to gradually increase the intensity.
 
Hi Eugene, fortunately for you God gave you the starting size many would love to have as goal, so for that you should be thankful. Now I'd echo what SWT just posted....I-N-T-E-N-S-I-T-Y!!! My main gaining weapon is my X40 w/the VV mod and I literally feel like my d!ck is going to explode and then I Kegel and RK to up the ante even more. Each session I try to reach-past the previous, (sometimes with success, sometimes not) and I also change-up my routine to try and keep my body guessing.
Maybe give The BM a try? The temporary gains alone will provide ample motivation to keep exercising
 
Eugene you need to wait to heal to get into intense exercises :/ You've recently been given examples of what exercises/routines helped others gain. You've been doing PE for 13.5months and that's a long time to only gain 0.2" What exactly did your routine look like throughout the span of 13.5 months?

Ya i have almost healed completely though, the pain has subsided. My routine was pretty much what I told stillwantmore. I just don't think that I was using enough intensity. I'd say 30% of my workouts were halfassed and that is why I did not gain. Also I took almost 2 months off in January due to an injury so that probably slowed down the progress for a bit too.

Come and apply for my coaching service brother. You will get those gains you seek if you allow me coach you. I don't think you are a hard gainer, you are not training properly.
