Urgent Help Needed! Can Fenugreek herb cause Penile Reduction?

I was advised to take fenugreek and an ayurvedic herb called Triphala by my ayurvedic doctor for rapid hair loss as it runs in the family. I was not aware of its highly estrogenic effects. I heard it balanaed out the sex hormones. I took about 70 grams fenugreek a day to combat rapid hairloss for about 4 days before I stopped as I witnessed unusual effects. I am only 19 years old and have lost all my muscle mass, developed gyno, my skull got much bigger like acromegaly and my flaccid penis has shrunk--is this permanent? Is there anything to do to return it to normal. Normaly the flaccid is about 3 inches but now its about 2 inches.

Also, equally as distressing, my erections which used to be about 5.8 inches in length are just about 4 inches now and very weak.

The other thing is reduced libido and alot of fat all over the body. I took the fenugreek in august and it is January now!

Any help would be much appreciated as I am new to to this website and was hoping someone could help as my doctor ignred me and told em to wait

your flaccid and errect may look a different size but only difference thats going on is your meds are just makeing your body retract and react
this all is a cause from meds start your newbie program SRT the link is 3rd in my signature line
since your meds are most important to you your going to have to work the effects of your penis back
you never lost your penis size its still there but its like an ice cube being placed on your penis now you have to work your penis along with your meds
and over time your penis will have to cooperate with your meds and it will come back
another thing i suggest is steam room usage if you can very hot showers with steam build up or spa treatment indecent work your member under the spa hot water
you need to loosen up the tight body parts
DLD Blasters are great in a spa setup or hot bath tub full of water i like the spa better more privacy threw the bubbles lol
start your weight lifting training again work out all your muscles
eat good healthy meals
these are just my suggestions to help there might be others with better suggestions to come

you only took fenugreek for 4 days, correct? how long exactly did it take for these possible side effects to happen? I am guessing all of your muscle mass has been decreasing, development of gyno, increased skull size, decrease flaccid length and libido has occurred over the months, correct? Have you still been losing your hair rapidly?Are you fatigued for no reason? Have you seen a real MD? Have you taken any other medicines or supplements? How about hypertrophic steroids? If you only took the fenugreek for 4 days these effects are not from it. Definitely not from the Triphala either. See an MD. Get some blood work done ASAP.

ok i did a little reading up on Fenugreek herb what it says it does and the post you posted are of 2 different stories
here i encourage you to come out its ok to speak openly here no one will think twice of your posts i came accross your other
posts in another forumn and those guys were down right mean to you/ you dont have to worry here
just come out and say what needs to be said and we will help you alot of subjects have been spoken here openly with alot of help and advice

For the hair growth i would speak to a new doc and get a new medication ask him bout rogain
the Fenugreek herb changes the body greatly to female producing areas milk uterus stimuli
it has things for males but how much of it is good for one gender that might not be good for another
if me i would speak to doc for med change

Yes, you need to be very careful with Fenugreek as it is used to promote estrogen and insight lactation, and most notedly, the enlargement of breast tissue due to engorgement. I have no clue why you would take this?

If you have only started to take it recently, stop and all effects will reverse themselves.
